I've been a customer for several years now and both Ben and Matt have been amazing to deal with.
Being that I'm a super picky collector, most sellers don't respond to my questions, or just stop dealing with me after an initial email exchange.
But TransformerLand always treats me with respect and patiently deals with every concern I have.

I have used Transformerland for several purchases over the past year. The easy to navigate website is awesome to find what you are looking for. There is also a guide/ wiki for resource and information. I've had to use it to help identify a missing weapon I needed. Another thing I like is that you can check the order status with an email and order number. TFL ships out your order pretty quick too. Any issues or item requests are responded in a timely manner. My example was inquiring about a G1 Skywarp 100% complete. TFL had only one in mint condition listed on their website, but l was looking for one that wasn't mint. Matt responded, told me he could get one that i wanted. The figure I received was very nice! Came as described with instruction booklet too. I was VERY happy. One other thing good about this seller is the condition/ratings scale used on website it can be a C8 or C8.5 or C9. Typically, TFL lists any notes if the item has any flaws, such as missing stickers or a loose joint in addition to the photos. I like that cause telling me upfront...you know what your getting. I have also bought multiple MOTU and Star Wars figure too. My experience with TFL has been great/positive. I will continue to use them for future purchases and would recommend.

On the buying and selling side - Matt's prices are well worked out and based on historical data. While it might seem that they are not the cheapest, they are actually really good value for money when you consider all that's gone into it - plus the detailed condition report of the item and ability to be able to buy with absolute confidence and no surprises!

I contact Matthew for selling part of my transformers collection, he was kind an offer me a fair price but shipping from Belgium was so expensive that i had to decline. I was using this site with it's very usefull tool to check the name, weapons and plans of any transformers ( and other toy lines). So i'll know if they are complete.

To say I own a large collection of assorted figures is an understatement. Transformers, Star Wars, DC, Marvel and GI Joe comprise most of it, but I am starting to move towards more expensive and rare pieces. As many married men might know already, this involves compromise and in my case it involved striking a "no doubles rule." Many of the items I looked to sell were going for less than I wanted to part with on eBay, and I received some low offers elsewhere. Then, I stumbled across Matt and TransformerLand. Matt responded immediately and professionally. By the time we completed the transaction, it almost felt like I was emailing a personal friend due to our friendly conversations. I got the best price here and he found the lowest rates for us to split the shipping. If you need to sell some pieces quickly and don't want to deal with the hassle of eBay, this is where to go!

I recently corresponded with transformerland.com about selling a decent-sized collection of vintage action figures from the 70s and 80s. They were fast at communicating. They were fair and transparent in their offer, and the offer they made was competitive and reasonable. In the end, I sold to a local collector for less than what transformerland.com offered just to avoid having to box and ship a collection consisting of several hundred items (probably a thousand little pieces if you count helmets, guns, backpacks, vehicles, etc). The collector even grumbled that with the last collection he tried to purchase, he was out-bid by transformerland.com. So this seems like a great company to deal with, at least on the front end when it comes to getting an initial offer. I can't speak to any more than that. But if you have a collection you're considering selling, reach out to them!

I did a lot of research and completely relied on reviews to sell my lot of Transformers. I chose Matt because of his great reviews and fair price. At first, I was very a little hesitant to mail a 35 lb box of Transformers to 'some place' in Florida, but shouldn't have. Matt made the process very easy, he was quick to respond and totally legit. I got paid on the spot through PayPal and the transaction went very smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt, you won't be disappointed.
