I had missed out on this particular scarf when it was available on LV's website. I was so happy to find a brand new one, with tags still attached, online. The seller shipped the scarf immediately and it arrived quickly and packaged nicely. The scarf even came in a LV box. Thank you again!
I have been buying items from Shop-Hers since last year. I live in Australia and all my items arrive quickly, beautifully presented. I could not be happier with the service. The online sales assistant provided valuable information and support every time I needed it. I will definitely will be using their service and can truly recommend it to everyone.
It relies on seller to be honest about their product and if that is the case then they should allow you to return and get your money back. It's a win win for Tradesy because they return the item back to the seller who could relist it and the buyer gets store credit so they never lose. I don't think that is fair to the buyer who may not want anything else and is stuck with a credit.
As a seller the fees went up but it still is less than most consignment shops. They hold on to your money for 4 days which protects the buyer if you register with them if not they will keep your money much longer. I've sold over $12,000. In items and purchased $5000. In items with 1 issue that I returned.
Im a little hesitant on ordering from the seller compared to getting an item from the tradesy warehouse. I feel that sellers may switch out the authentic item with a replica. Im unsure how items are authenticated before they are posted for sell. Also the items are pricey, sometimes even more pricey if i were to purchase in store. This pushes me to do further research to see if i am actually getting a deal. The sellers also lag updating the shipment information. Ive had to contact them for the status.

First the clutch is amazing and exactly as described and pictured. Rena contacted me immediately post purchase and I had the clutch in my "clutches" within days of purchasing. A seamless transaction with a very responsive seller. Perfect!
I alive in NY alone and without going into office there's no reason for me to print. Yet I'm expected to catch a train or bus to nearest print place and then print a return one page and then go and mail this. All within 72 hours? And often sellers don't put the correct information in the description - I am a curvy woman and I know my size and what suits me but when the seller puts false information like the wrong size then I have to run around to complete a return. The website is overall great and easy to buy on but the returns process needs to be easier. I can send UPS returns from my building for Amazon. UPS drop off the sticker label.

I was skeptical about buying a Louis Vuitton from this website in fear that there are so many knock-offs. The seller provided an authenticity paper as well as an extra gift. I verified it is authentic and it was exactly as described! Tradesy is a great platform for buying investment bags!

Bag was shipped like it was a dish rag, the box was unlined, no dust bag or cover on purse. Just bent up and thrown in a U.S. postal service priority shipping box. These bags cost way 2 much 4 that. It was purchased through tradesy but the seller was IC

Ordering was pretty easy. However, when I received the package, the box arrived looking bet up. It kinda makes the shoes look as they were used or worn. I was expecting a better presentation especially since I purchased them as a gift for someone else.

Everything was great until the item arrived. It has been worn more than claimed. The leather band loops have distresses spots. Also disappointed that the item did not come in a Hermès box. Planning on returning the item.
I have had my eye on this Chloe bag for over a year but simply could not justify the price. I found it on Tradesy for half the price and while it was in used condition, you could have fooled me, it looks brand new. I love Tradesy, they have the best customer service and authentic products. You can actually communicate with a person, unlike some of the other sites.
Just received my item. It was not in the original dust bag as advertised nor did it include the certificate of authenticity. It came in very cheap packaging and I am not happy with this transaction. I have immediately requested a return however it seems like I will not be able to get my money back and only a site credit? Not a happy experience Especially since the item is not authentic
