The web site had all the correct part numbers and even casting numbers for a new Water pump with Pulley. Went to install and found bolt holes were slightly too small and could not install. Also found Pulley was installed too far out by 5/16". They would not take it back. They said there are more than one pump to fit a Massey 65 Gas. Which is Bull $#*!. They will tell you anything to get you to go away after they have your money. I had the holes drilled out and Pulley pressed into correct position to make it work.

Ordered a block for a john deere 4440 and got one quickly but it was wrong, I didn't read the whole description about cam or crank driven oil pump, sold on ebay by same company and now they won't let me return a $1261.06 error, even though I bought the correct one from SAME company! Crooks

I ordered a pair of baler needles and one came broken. The box had no visible damage. The company asked me to take pictures and then ordered a replacement part which hopefully will come soon. Would have been nice to have both so I could finish my project but I am grateful that the person was nice and very helpful.

My husband ordered a new Radiator, a water pump and a few miscellaneous parts he was told weren't included. Arrived in decent time but, the fin completely fell off the radiator when unpacked. Never soldered. Water pump is defective as well on the shaft. Turns out extras weren't needed but they're the only useable pieces. Called and talked to Mr. Reams. He told my husband he'd send a call tag as soon as he could. He's busy and our parts won't get shipped until the defective parts are back, inspected and they determine what to do from there. Over $400. Spent on useless parts, can't plant our crops and are getting no response. We sent Mr. Reams photos, I called corporate and nobody answered, I messaged their Help Center. Unbelievable!

I like the option of being able to buy a used or new part on their site, and the part I received worked perfectly. My only negative was the fact that they did not give you a shipping estimate with their standards free shipping. I wanted an ETA so I could inform my mechanic shop what time or day the part would come in.

I got ripped off by this place. I ordered a part on Monday at 12:25 pm and paid $70.19 for UPS next day shipment. I called and left message to make sure the part would ship same day. I called again on Tuesday when the part did not arrive and they said they did not ship it yet. They refused to cancel the order. The part arrived the following Monday at 6:06 pm and it was shipped UPS second day and not UPS next day. I complained to them and said I wanted to leave a review and asked them where the link was. They put what they call a temporary block on my account. Do not order from these people unless you want them to steal your money.

I ordered a seat belt for 310.00 it was never delivered they lie and lie but do not send it, supervisor another lier did not sent the part trying to get a refund getting lies on top of lies with no result now I have to take legal action to get my money back this company will not last long and to deal with them is to deal with Satan the father of all lies.

I ordered a glass for my JX95 they took the payment then 4 days later they send me an email stating there would be $400 in shipping which is more than the glass cost and more than just going to the dealer on invoice it stated shipping free. Very disappointed with this company.

Bought an old Z920A missing the original seat. I bought a generic seat and also needed rails. I was pleasantly surprised to fine the threaded studs matched the holes on the seat platform perfectly. Less drilling. I cobbled together a platform using plywood and 2x4 just last night. The seat rails work flawlessly. I was concerned about some play since only one rail locks, but there is none. A+ product!

As a tractor owner not living near a source for parts, it's most important to find reliable service when I place an internet order. All States AG Parts consistently provides me with the correct parts I need in a very timely manner.

We have purchased tractor fenders,steps,and handles from this company and they have sent the wrong items multiple times! Trying to get to talk to someone is like pulling teeth,they never seem to understand what you are talking about.I don't know what their problem is but,with as much trouble as we have had dealing with then and getting our orders straightened out,I would not recommend them to anyone. As far as we are concerned, we will never,ever buy anything from them again.Our last order was placed this july,2022,they sent the wrong items per usual. Our form of payment was debited,so it was paid.Now after 4 months they sent us a nasty letter stating that we still owe for that order,and they are turning it over for collection! You would think that if we had not paid,they would not have shipped it?
And also why wait 4 months before letting us know? Are they just trying to ruin a person's credit or what? The whole thing doesn't make sense. Please,learn from our experience,.!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!
