Ordered an Arsenal kit for my son. When we got it the quality was terrible, and it didnt look genuine at all. One wash and all the lettering was peeling off. Requested a refund on Jan 4th, and despite lots of chasers I have never received any reply. They are a total rip off, selling fakes and £50 lost. I would advise you to avoid these guys. PS - got him a new shirt for his birthday from the Arsenal shop - washes fine and difference in quality is amazing!

I had a bad customer service at Totalsports in Pan Africa Mall. I was supposed to pay for my account and this lady was very rude. I don't understand why people say they wanna work with customers when they have bad humor, if you had a bad day leave it at your house. I don't see myself purchasing in that store ever.

A recent bad experience at a Total Sports branch in the Cape Gate Centre, has left my frustrated and very sad. I am a visitor to this country and an invite to a rugby game prompted me to buy gifts in the Springbok colours at that store. At the moment of the purchase with my bank card there was a power cut. On my bank statement, the transaction shows as a successful purchase, Total Sport refuses to accept this and refuses to give me my goods. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact various people at The Foschini Group with no response or acknowledgement. I am leaving South Africa with one very bad experience, and it is the lack of customer service and obvious fraud of Total Sports.

Ordered for my sons birthday. Item not been received a month since I ordered it. I then read reviews of this being a frequent thing. Contacted them stating the delivery had missed my sons birthday and got the following response. Apparently the kits are also FAKE which I did not realise. Paid £38 basically the same as a proper kit. Got the attached reply after emailing my concerns. They are a money grabbing organisation.
This website is scamming people, I have placed order and cancelled it on the next day after reading people reviews on here, they confirmed to me that my order status is cancelled, then I sent them more than 30 emails asking about my refund, they just got back to me once and kept ignoring me. I cancelled the order on 28th of April, and Im still waiting for the refund!
Stay away from this site,, they are just scammers,

Unfortunately, most people won't read these reviews until they have already purchased from Totalsportsshop.com Still not received my item which was ordered in January. My son's birthday was earlier this week. I did contact them but their customer service just redirects you to their website delivery page which basically covers their back for 30 working days. They cannot update you on your order as they have no clue about its whereabouts and I would imagine most people don't receive what they originally ordered. Any excellent' reviews on here are fake'. Don't be fooled by their snazzy website!
I purchased a Liverpool kit for my grandson in June. I've chased this up several times. I received notification 3 weeks ago that my order has been despatched. I'm still awaiting! I've emailed twice over the last week - no-one has had the decency to reply or advise. I wish I'd read other reviews on here first as I wouldn't have ordered. I want my order or a full refund now. This company is a joke.
I ordered a kit for my cousin's birthday in July and I still haven't received it. After countless emails I still have no clue on the whereabouts of my order and if I will be able to get a refund. Always read reviews before purchasing off any third party websites. I wish I had known sooner.
Avoid completely. They are not official suppliers. The goods are very poor quality and there is no customer service. The kids football shirts I bought were washed as per the instructions and the logos started peeling off within a week. Since then the company has totally ignored all of my emails.
Ordered "official" premier league kit of top six side. Long delivery time, poor communication. Kit is poor quality and no socks as promised when purchasing. Do not buy.
I've been waiting 4 months for a football kit, they say they've refunded the money, they lie, I told them I'd keep posting bad, but truthful reviews everywhere I could, the reply " that's fine ", this is a scam company, the good reviews they write themselves and they don't have a physical address in order to initiate legal proceedings, I know they're not based in England STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered something, delivery took a month. One item missing. Contacted them, they said out of stock. Very reluctant to make a partial refund. Months of chasing, still no refund. Reviewed on Trustpilot, they lied in their reply and said a refund had been made.

It is now mid may and nothing... i have been told they were sending replacements but nothing... then i messaged 100 times and they said i would be refunded within 4-5 days... that was 3 weeks ago... i am not giving up but please do not waste your money.

It is not the first time that I deal with the TFG group and place online orders, pay, and down the line I have to be refunded because they couldn't source the stock. Surely you should manage the stock levels so that it depletes as someone checks out a certain item. Nothing worse that buying more than you need to get the door to door delivery and the item you initially wanted they don't have.
What can I say but I so wish I had read these reviews before going with this lot! Ordered my nephews Liverpool home kit on 21st of June and I'm here on the 10th of August with not a sign of anything! Was told 19 days ago that it was dispatched! Please please please for ur own good, avoid this horrible company!
Ordered football top for grandsons birthday 31st May ordered 8th may so was unsure if it would arrive on time, laughable really as now we are into July and still no sign of my well past grandsons birthday football top, made a huge error not reading reviews. Do yourself a favour find out where your football top is made and hitch hike there and back you'll find your a lot quicker than using total sports service. Added to that emailing customer services is pointless so don't bother with that either. Total sports more like total waste of time, only part of the service that they are efficient with is taking payment.

I would not trust this service I odered a football t shirt. Which took 4 weeks to personalise and a further four weeks to dispatch... I still haven't received it. Can't get in tough with customer services absolutely awful service

Like other reviews I ordered a Christmas present from this company and as of today still not received my goods. Got a reply to one email saying to expect goods in 3-7 working days, 10 working days later and no goods or response to emails. I have been charged for the goods already. Shambolic service and would enjoy escalating the matter further.
This company is a complete shambles. On 21st April 2020 I ordered what I thought was an official Liverpool kit for my 7 year old grandson. Total cost £44. I got an email pretty quickly saying my order had been received. About 1 week later another email saying my order was now being processed. This seemed quite a long time since I ordered but thought that the Covid 19 outbreak could have been part of the reason so let that go. On 30th April I sent a message asking if they knew roughly when my order would be delivered. On the same day I received a bog standard reply about their delivery information. So still in the dark. On 5th May I sent an email saying that as I had not heard that my order had been sent out then I just wanted to cancel the order. Three days later I sent another mail saying I hadn't heard that my order had been cancelled. On 9th May I received a mail saying my order had been cancelled. No mention of a refund though. I messaged back same day asking when I could expect my refund. That same day I got a message saying that they had no access to their secure payment system as they are working from home but it should be within the next 10 days. That would take me to the 19th May. Guess what? 5th June, still no refund. I have sent three further emails since the 19th May asking when my refund would be received. Not a single reply to any of these. Please, please never use this company to buy anything. Your money will be gone. If I could give a minus figure for a review it would be -1million. Terrible company. No address, no contact phone number, just an email address that they don't bother replying to. SHOCKING!
