I got a writer at first who was not a good match, she actually removed my current role and past 3 years of relevant experience from my resume for unknown reasons. The second writer, Brandon, was awesome. He understood and took the time to craft a well reading, solid resume with all my experience included in a relevant, concise manner. We finally got the ATS result I was seeking and I feel confident in the resume being ready for use. Great job!
This company is a scam. They ran my resume through what appeared to be ChatGPT and gave it back nearly identical but with translation errors. They then fired and gave me a new writer. The second writer had never worked in tech and was a porno writer (we all know how bad that writing is). Total scam. Stay far away from TopResume.
It felt a little AI at the beginning - some of the mistakes in the doc were not something an experienced writer would make. If the process does include AI - I think that is fine - but it needs to be revealed. During the revision, the experience felt more human. If the initial draft had not had grammar and spelling errors - this would have been 5 star, or if I had understood that the first pass would be via AI that would have been fine too.

I've only had my new resume format about 24 hours, with only one application sent with it so far, so it's not like there's been enough time to see if there's been any improvement in interest. They should probably send out review requests after 30 days for this service.
The advertising is pretty aggressive and hard to ignore. That said, I have tons of good experience, but little luck in translating that to hireability, so I took a gamble on a professionally prepared resumé. Hopefully this will change that; we shall see...

The process of starting your resume is clunky and awkward to get through. I would recommend a plug in data system that allows you to toggle between resume sections adding the data to be collected and put in resume format. As it stands now I basically did my whole resume and the system reformatted it. Also trying to get customer assistance is terrible, I still have no idea who is sending out my resume, to whom it will go to, and when it will go out. I paid for that service but have not received any notifications about what's next. A liaison would be nice.
I still have not actually received any response from a representative.

Response times from the support team and writer are extremely slow. 4 hours to respond to a chat message? Outrageous. That being said the writer did a great job on my resume and application materials.

I was rather sceptical at first whether doing this was worth the investment however i decided to take the plunge as my current state with my current resume was not getting me anywhere. After receiving the first draft i realised how much i needed this review of my resume.

Overall I was pretty satisfied with the overall result. A resume and cover letter. I was a bit surprised when the TR consultant shut down and closed my assignment before asking me first. Would go back to TR to have my Linked In done.
I have tried for several years to find a job in my field and to no avail. I felt the only alternative was to get a professional resume written to better my chance of landing an interview. I have applied for several positions I am now waiting to see if I will be chosen for an interview.

I found the service to be adequate there were a few typos in the final copy. But overall satisfied.
It was really good, as I had the updates I required very fast. But until now I can't give full mark, as I didn't yet started getting interview calls or job offers as expected, after I updated my CV.
