The process of starting your resume is clunky and awkward to get through. I would recommend a plug in data system that allows you to toggle between resume sections adding the data to be collected and put in resume format. As it stands now I basically did my whole resume and the system reformatted it. Also trying to get customer assistance is terrible, I still have no idea who is sending out my resume, to whom it will go to, and when it will go out. I paid for that service but have not received any notifications about what's next. A liaison would be nice.
