Feedback goes deep into contents with concrete details
The website processes the resume by some AI tool before it goes to a person, and in my case the tool kept declining my file. I ended up getting help from a person, thankfully! But then the file I have uploaded to test if the error was related with my file or the system, went through, instead of my cv. In the end the free test feedback didn't give me no useful feedback. I lost quite a bit of time, so did they!

The only thing is that, in order for me to afford the Professional Growth package, I was informed via email on Friday evening about a £50 discount, yet, within a matter of hours, on Saturday morning I was told that that discount was no longer available. This sharp U-turn was frustrating, while it means that I cannot now afford the package, and you have subsequently lost out on a sale that was already in the bag.
If I could give a zero I would! I placed an order for a CV and cover letter on 14 July. The organization claims it will give at minimal a rough draft 7 days after. Two weeks later and I do not have a writer assigned. I've written customer support four times and have not been given an update, a response or a refund. $300 later and my job search is on hold. I'm starting to believe I've been scammed! My advise is spend the extra $150 on a more professional organization.

My cv was rewritten to provide misleading statements with regard to my experience and essentially rewritten with bombastic words. Not a single question about my experience was asked by the writer. Absolutely abhorrent.
I appreciate the honesty of my commenter, it even be scanned by the AI, give me prospective from the view of employers. Another point is I would like to know which part I did well so it can be maintained and improved.
