Overall experience was good however I have two comments, personally I would have preferred F2F verbal contact with the writer as this would of helped the writer to understand myself, experience and needs better, I believe from this a more in-depth CV would have been created however between the writer and myself we created a decent CV. My second comment would be the price, I would say for what delivered it was expensive.

Take it from me who has 12 years + In marketing and work for one of the biggest most successful companies in the world, THEY ARE UNQUALIFIED.
I needed some help due updating my CV due to current workload and it took me more time guiding and correcting the writer than I could of ever imagined.
The writer clearly had never worked in a marketing space and was copying and pasting from other CV's to make a horror of a CV.
Riddled with repetitions, spelling mistakes and terrible grammar.
I actually do not have any words for the cover letter. It was like I was written by my 4 years old.
To top of all off, the worst costumer service ever, all sales are final!?
Do yourself a favor, use another service. Trust me.

They did an amazing job cv for one job. But your only giving one format. They should give you option for more than one job. I feel it was to expense for what I got, and all the time there trying to get even more money out of you.
TopCV was very responsive yet allowed me time to clearly figure out any important part of my resume that I might have not highlighted. The draft CV went back and forth with TopCV. All my comments however small was taken into account. Best part is that finally I had my CV reinvigorated.
