The person they matched me up with (calling himself Jack A) was barely literate, he clearly new nothing about my industry and made my CV worse than it was before they ripped me off. He kept hassling me with the threat of "according to our terms and conditions" and had no appreciation of how busy some people are during a pandemic. Reall don't waste your money they are terrible.

Although my experience with the customer service was good, for example the person who worked on my CV responded and updated it quickly. And considering my CV knowledge at the time, I thought the CV I was given was excellent. It made me sound like I was the smartest candidate in the room. However, I didn't get any interviews. I had my reservations, I did feel the CV was now too jargon-y, but the TOPCV writer would know better than me wouldn't she?
Several months of unemployment later I found an organisation that helps job applications FOR FREE. I sent in my CV and the job role I was interested in, and the feedback was the content of my CV was great, it was mostly the formatting and tone which was at fault- such as a list of expertise skills (which I thought was cool when it was added to the top of my CV) as well as the convoluted, jargony tone in which the duties of my roles were put - were too much. And for the roles I was searching for, too misleading. It would be obvious to employers I was being showy or overdoing it.
I didn't write a review after receiving the CV because I paid over a £100 for it and I thought it got me closer to what I wanted.
But now I get told by a recruiter at a free cv consultation that, perhaps this cv is doing TOO much. So if you do use TOPcv and come out with a very superflous CV about how you are a dynamic professional with a penchant for creating bespoke content who can certify operational efficiency by helping the office in administrative tasks, I've been advised to keep it simple otherwise it can obscure things. I recommend Resume.io however thats the sight the gave my information to TOPcv and I ended up tangled in their Top Cv marketing! And young women's trust was the organisation that supported me :) although be sure to write in a month before you aim to apply to a certain job role.

Like so many other reviews I have read on here, I paid for a CV and Cover Letter under the guise that it would be composed by a "professional" who knew my industry. What I received was shocking and riddled with grammatical, spelling, and syntax errors. After receiving the initial draft I responded within two hours with numerous edits, I waited days for a response or second draft only for it to miraculously be uploaded to the website hours before the close of the stipulated period for composing the document. The company is unprofessional and has a block standard copy and paste response to dissatisfied customers. They apparently offered to extend my period for editing by 3 days due to their nonperformance only for them to still close the file two days later in the middle of our dispute on their shocking service. I have reported the company to the FTC.

The quality of the CV (and several rewrites) was appalling. It didn't make sense and I had to correct several typing errors. Even after I explained my role and what I want to transition into, the writer was none the wiser. I called to complain and was assured a senior writer would have a look. I was then told I would have a re-written CV I'm still waiting. I have asked twice for a refund and this hasn't happened due their terms.

My cv was analysed and broken down to different areas needing improvement and I was told how to go about it.
Some aspects of the rewrite were useful but I am not certain that the writer was a native English speaker. Some of the phrasing was clunky and some was obviously copy and paste generic stuff.
