Too many of your cash back payments sit pending and never go to payable. If you don't submit a ticket to have these chased they never get paid!
This is an ongoing problem with cash back and once ticket submitted they tend to make payable very quickly.
It shouldn't be the purchasing members job to chase down their payments due.
Retailmenot does not have this problem but I prefer Topcashback.
Hopefully they pull it together

I've been using Top Cash Back for a couple years. It's so easy to use. Just shop thro their site and they calculate what your cash Back amount is. I've used the payout to buy Christmas gifts last year and maybe this year too. There are a number of ways to cash out. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to get your money. Like I've got purchases from November that are still pending. Wish the cash back was available sooner.
Top cash is the best reward program. All I have done is just go to website before I buy anything. I Love it!
Love the app. Easy to use. Sometimes tricky if you need to look something up cause you have to start over or it doesn't track.

Despite doing all the right things (turning off ad blockers, starting with an empty cart, etc.) I have only been able to collect maybe half the cash back I should be eligible for. Just stick with Rakuten - the cash back might be a little lower here and there, but it pays out more reliably and consistently.
