I won $50 from being chosen as a random winer from my very first survey! I never thought any of these sites paid out but TopCashBack certainly does! From the cash back for shopping at my favorite stores to being chosen as a random winner on one of their surveys, TopCashBack really is shelling out the greenbacks!

I have been using this website for years. Although I do get cashback at times, there have been many times where I have been denied cashback. There are way too many restrictions when purchasing. There are other sites I use where I get cashback almost immediately (or at least within a few days). This website oftentimes does not even track let alone give me my cashback. I oftentimes have to weigh out the higher cashback this website oftentimes offers but doesn't always give vs. another cashback website which may offer less but at least I know I will get my cashback.

This is the 2nd time, I made a purchase with a high percentage cashback and did not track, after months of back and forth, they come back with an excuse (the retailer cannot identify that they are the last referrer of the transaction) and tell you they can not pay.

They advertise higher payouts than others but did not pay 2 times. Save your time and energy and go with more reliable sites. Don't believe any offers like 60% cashback on NordVPN, etc..

My cashback was missing, and it was my first experience with Topcashback, afterback and forth they track the cashback and they mentioned that the cashback went missing and they weill do they best to solve this issue with retailer in just few days i got my cashback in my account balance. As an regular shopper on aliexpress i had a cart full of items i already have picked out. I heard about top cash back and was checking it out and saw aliexpress on there and clicked. It then opened my app and i went to my cart just looking. A lot of the items more than doubled in price. A $20 purse went to $46, $10 shirts went to $20. So I closed the browser and app. Then reopened the app like normal and prices were lower again. I tried this a few times and same thing. They are making a huge profit scamming people on prices just on that one site. So I can imagine it is the same on other sites. I wouldn't bother with this app for that reason. If you use this make sure you research your prices before clicking thru their site, I have a feeling they jack up the prices on all sites.

I have almost $50. When I tried to transfer it to my paypal account, they closed my topcashback account. I email them many times but they were rude and said that my account is closed and will remain closed period. I am happy with Rakuten and will never go back to Downcashback.

I see I'm not the only one scammed out of cashback. I have used them for years. I didn't use to have this problem. I had 2 declined recently for bogus reasons. I will reconsider using them in the future and will no longer recommend them to anyone. TopCashBack.com should know they are not the only cashback sites available!

I am part of one of the most wonderful coupon sites one cute couponer. Com. Erica the most wonderful honest Mighty woman of God. Her and her family run this site. The OCC games works very hard night and day to give us this day and save us money. Topcashback contacted one cute couponer and ask her to offer us spend $20 get 40 back. They are now refusing to honor their promotion and had the audacity to say that we misunderstood their promotion. We have seen the email they sent with the promotion being offered. They basically ended up saying that they got so much business that they cannot afford to pay out the promotion offer that they offered. So instead of owning that they're trying to blame the users and say we misunderstood their offer. I will no longer do any business with top cast Mac I do not trust them I also hear the people are having trouble using the Visa card that they pay you with I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Once again they went up and beyond expectations.
In short, Walmart denied my 2% rebate because they sent me a broken item. Tgey decided to do the replacement with a 2nd order that they didnt bill. So, $0 on the first one because it was returned. And $0 on tge 2nd because it was never billed.
Topcashback folks battled Walmart 3 times. Walmart held to $0, even on an expensive purchase where i followed all their rules.
Topcashback has just paid me the $8 (that Walmart should have paid) out of their own pockets.

Edit #2: Changed from 1 star to 5 Star. Thanks to TCB for not only unblocking my account but not removing my 2000USD cashback. Appreciate it.

Edit: got a reply from quality team of TCB, they calim they have closed my account because it made illegitimate and abusive purchases, without any verification from my end to proof that all was authentic. So beware if you want to make big purchases stay away from topcashback.

Made >~2000 USD eligible payout purchases, after few days of purchase showing in my account, login is not working, created multiple tickets, tried several times to reset password, account is not working. Tried email support as well, everytime i receive same response, that they are sending my request to another member, so i need to wait few days to get a reply.
I hope i get contacted by someone in authority to resolve my issue. Until then this review means no one has contacted.

I use cashback sites such as ebates all the time. Im pretty sure this website is a scam. Similar to the user below, there was a deal for 15$ to amazon if you join and cashback for an item through target. Bought the item (did all the proper do's and donts). Still pending, sent multiple inquiries, nadda. Will never use the site again obviously just want my initial deal that was promised. I have a feeling anyone who posted a postiive review is just a paid promotional review. Stick with ebates!

This site used to work and my husband did get his money back in day. I decided to start a new account and I made a huge $7,000 purchase with a store offering 15%. The store honored it and gave me the cashback, and I went to get paid. Topcashback said it needed 3 days to send me the payment. 2 weeks later, nothing. I ask them wtf? They say they need proof that I actually made that transaction (they had already approved the transaction and allowed me to cash out). Took them a week of emails, then they casually and without explanation tell me that they have cancelled my payout request and that I should start it again. I go to my account and there is only $100 there, instead of $1000. If I am not paid my money, I am going to file a lawsuit.

I have been using TCB since it was first launched. I have had missing cashbacks in the past but I didn't bother. Until recently they refuse to pay cashback for the $35 Walmart deal. It was obvious that it was for everyone when I used the link. However as I found out the amount tracked was way less than promised, I reached out to TCB and they refused to honor the deal. They told me that the deal was for new customers only but the page has no indication of that at all.

I kindly told them on 10/26 that there's another freebie page that has no mention of new customer and it was working. They secretly changed it and told me oh it was actually for new customer only. That is just ridiculous.
