I purchased appliances through a link for Lowe's. The cashback showed as 'pending' for weeks. I would check every 10 days or so to see if it had gone through yet.
Recently checked it and the pending was gone. In fact the entire sale was deleted from my history! I contacted the site and was told they have no record of me using their site, the purchase or clicking on the link for Lowes. I have terminated my membership. Totally disgusted.
Overall with topcashback.com I have a good experience. Being a nurse student topcashback helped me to save money with my online purchases. In only couple of months I saved around 150$. Also it is great that it offers in addition coupons for the accesed retailer on top of the cash back.
I wish in the future to have a more variety of retailers when I cash my earnings, for example Starbucks( a nurse needs her coffee)
I have never had so many declines on purchases that were made. I followed all the rules and links to the site. They were accepted at the time but later declined due to reasons that were not valid. I would send them judges and messages and received little to no feed back. The same mantra is over and over again. Befrugal has never declined any of my tranactions.

Apparently, it was a mistake by cashback evaluation on the account of my wife and I tried to clarify this mater through Facebook.
I have been contacted by Dominique with an offer to assist. He actually handle this matter fast with Quality Team and the issue was solved
I use discounted gift cards all the time. So this new feature is super helpful to me. Gift card options are great to select from. It is easy to navigate and get the gift card. The discount price is also good but could be better.
So far pays 1 small cashback out of 2 and systematically declines all medium to large cashbacks. They promise you great returns but ended up acknowledging 15% of they money owed at best. It's probably just one of these clever online frauds.

We are clever but we aren't fraud. We always aim to save you as much money as possible but we do have to receive payment from the retailer in order to pay yourself. The amount that you have spent or expect in cashback will not play a part in whether this is paid or not but whether the terms and conditions have been met. If you have any trouble with your purchases at all then I'd suggest lodging a missing cashback claim. If we can't recover the cashback then we should receive a reason for why it's not being paid.

I connected my princess Cruise purchase through this site because of a 3.15% CashBack offer. I checked back several times over the next 10 days, but my purchase never showed up as being tracked, and I rechecked that the offer was still in place each time I checked. Attempting to file a missing Cashback claim, I was informed I needed to file a customer support ticket for this vendor instead. The customer support person decided the best way to handle my situation was to deny any Cashback offer existed, and that none had existed since 2021 - oh, but a new offer just started today in case you check for the offer again...

They claim the vendor I purchased through is denying my cashback. I did everything by their website's rules. They are denying me $160. Truly a scam and wish I had read these reviews sooner

There's no scams here. All cashback is validated and funded by the retailers. If they deem you ineligible for cashback, this is entirely their decision and as a result would not pass us any cashback for the transaction. Sadly we cannot dispute these decisions as these are retailers' final resolutions.

Once clicked thru, there's never any progress (they like to use the words "next monthly batch" a lot), just made up excuses like:
"it will be in the next monthly batch"
"claim will be submitted next batch"
"submitted to retailers (thru their affiliate online presence network)"
"will take 2 weeks"
"usually takes 2 months"
"generally we find it usually takes 12-16 weeks to get a result"
"as soon as we know anything we will let you know"
Never proactive. Never resolved, Never cashback. Never again.

If you want to earn cash back and not be scammed and told "we are tracking it down for you" and "nudge" your claim just to find out "the merchant didn't approve your purchase". Well I contacted the merchant and their response is that top cash back is just a bunch of scammers. Waiting for the response from "jack" "Patrick". Scammers pff

TopCashback was good, but during the pandemic the company has not been there for me. I kept receiving the same message below on my recent shopping trips ever since the pandemic started as a way to mitigate payout from the company, I suppose. Please note that I do not use any other marketing platforms. However, I will be switching over to Rakuten permenantly since they always have my back. Although TopCashback offers bigger cashback from time to time, it's not worth it given the lack of customer service and technical deficiencies.
"Having chased the status of your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears your claim has returned declined. The reason given to us for the decline is "another marketing channel."
The most common reasons behind this declined resolution is either that TopCashback was not the last referred click when making a transaction, or that a coupon/promotional code was used that was not listed on our site."

They permit the creation of multiple accounts under a single phone number, only to disable the account during payout, citing it as a duplicate account. If something seems too good to be true, it often is a scam. For Australian consumers, opting for Cashrewards or Shopback appears to be a safer alternative.

My missing cashback claim for CardCash was declined by a retailer's network agency as it claimed it was unable to identify that TopCashback was the last referral to that sale. It was a purchase of over $70 that appeared on my earnings page. Since that time, I have been very apprehensive of ever using this service again.

I've had great success using TopCashBack. While it can take a long time for money to be deposited and sometimes claims are rejected, typically cash back for purchases are honored. There are a number of terms and conditions (certain coupons cannot be used with cash back) so I don't usually challenge rejected claims. Recently, a vendor essentially waited until the claim was outside the window to process it and then rejected it (allowing them to say that the claim was too old for consideration). TopCashBack noted this unfair conduct and still honored my cashback (although it did take many months).
If people aren't using TopCashBack then they are truly missing out. I'm a shopaholic and this site allows me to save money. I love all the promo codes and the fun games they have going on. The customer service is also great. Highly recommend using them this holiday season and really all year round!
I love TopCashbackUSA because of all of the earning opportunities, bonuses, giveaways and fun content on their blogs & social media pages. I have earned several hundred dollars in cash back in addition to winning a couple giveaways over the years.
So far this has been a great experience for me. I sometimes don't read the instructions because at times I think I know it all lol. But Sadly I don't. But the customer service here helped me in my error & happily handled it for me. I appreciate just a lil patience & I got it here.
The Promotions team did a much greater job than the online ticket team. I think the ticket team did not understand what our customers worry about and did not care, they just looked through the current amount but cannot detail which transactions are "incorrect", and then did not respond to your complain any more. On the contrary, the promotions did very professionally and knew where the problem is. Very appreciate!
I've used several of the cash back apps. TopCashback has always been the best! It has the highest cash back, it's the easiest to use, and there are less hoops to jump through. I love how easy it is to get my cash when I want it. It's by far my favorite to use.

I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case.
