I have used your site for a while now I have gotten no bad money back. I'm up to over A $100. I called My reply is you have to wait for them to pay you. Other companies pay by a certain time no matter what. I want some answers or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau. If I don't see any money back money back I will be doing that.

I have had to contact them several times to find out why I was missing cashback. It can take months for a response if they need to contact the vendor. Some vendors seem to be very good about updating information quickly after your purchase. Others not so quickly.

I've had several times when the cashback has been denied by the vendor because of the way they track it. Make sure to clear your cache and make sure that you go directly from the TopCashback page to the vendor site to complete your order. Otherwise you may be disappointed in not getting your money back. Other sites seem to be more reliable and easier to use.

Thought I would use this for the $5 of promotions, but don't get them. I sign in and go through the whole process, for nothing. Cashing out my $2 and deleting this spyware and look forward to not having all those emails that promise something not delivered.

I have been using topcashback for years and they are one of the best cash back sites. They usually offer the most and are quick to payout. They also have amazing customer service for the rare times that I have issues.

I have charges from over a year ago and still haven't been paid. I travel a lot and have tons and I mean tons of hotel room charges that haven't been paid l have over $600 pending. Come on all ready this is a scam.

With every purchase I have made, I have had to contact topcashback to find out where my cash back is. I have yet to receive $81 from a trip I booked on VRBO in Jan 2021, and completed in July. I am getting no help in getting the cash back I am owed. Rakuten is 100% better when it comes to these cash back programs.

Rates are consistently high, very often the highest of the CB sites. I have had a couple cases now where I needed their help to get payments to track, they were pleasant and helpful. In one case the merchant didn't honor the promised cashback and they even paid out of their own pocket to resolve. Appreciate their professionalism.

TopCashback is the first option for me to consider before making any online purchase. Nowadays, I stopped checking what is offered by other cashback portals; since whenever I searched before, it has consistently offered the highest cashback. Further, since joining TopCashback in February 2020, there has never been even once any issue in tracking a purchase made through its links.

We usually like Ebates but Top Cash Back has great incentives and we had a bunch of funds in "pending payment" status. They did email us back and explained the issues with the stores.

Great news we did get paid all we were promised. Top Cash Back is back on their game again.
