I was very pleased and happy with the excellent service from Serge Arbitman who took his time and explained everything to me and helped me find the best flight for our trip. No pressure to force anything.

I will still be flying in 4 months so I really cannot rate the product, however the reception and scheduling I received with Mark Yu can be rated as excellent. He addressed my questions and concerns very professionally. I asked for changes for longer times in NY both in outbound and inbound due to security chks, transfer from terminal bldgs, and possible delays since it's winter. He made changes quickly.

I used top business Class for travel to South American in 2018, to Europe in 2019 and Alaska in 2020. They booked me on my preferred airline and gave me the seats of my choice. They were very friendly and efficient.

This is the first time I've used TBC but not leaving for Europe until June 2018. When I return in July I will be able to give a proper review of their services. So far, it's been excellent and a huge reduction on normal biz fares to Europe!

Jason Park was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He arranged a Business/First Class flight for us in January 2015 to Singapore.
