Top Business Class

Chris Stark planned and booked all of my flights from New York to Japan including internal flights and did a fabulous job. He got me a great deal and all of the flights and times I needed. I will never book through anyone else again!

Serge Arbitman was very helpful in getting our round trip tickets to Vietnam and back on business class at a decent price. Couldn't ask for more. Customer service also was great, Andrey was very quick fixing the tickets issue we had with my name not spelled out correctly. We will be using theirs company again next time we fly long distance.

Although a little more than I would have liked to spend (especially on premium economy instead of our usual business class), we got good flight times out of Sacramento, and only about $1K premium over coach, so, given it's high season, shouldn't complain. Serge was very easy to work with Will definitely use them again.

I am satisfied with the arrangements made by TBC. The arrangements were very easy and I believed saved some money. Serge Arbitman was very accommodating, kind and polite. No problem but we haven't used the tickets as yet. A more full assessment with come forth when the product is used without a hitch.

Alex was great My only problem was not understanding the process of completing the document needed and when the reservation was activated; everything else went smoothly, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

We had a problem with my reservation...mismatch in flight connections. It was resolved with topbusinessclass making the correction at their cost. Am pleased with their prompt and courteous response and will certainly do business with them in the future.

Mark was responsive to my questions and responded quickly to my requests for flight reservations. He guided me through the "paperwork" after doing all of the legwork to research flights. I look forward to doing business with Mark again.
