Shipment by way of mule

Ordered a simple hose repair part for my compressor on 11/15/2020. Maybe you received it because I didn't. If you did, Merry Christmas from me because I paid for it. So much for quicker purchases by ordering online. BS. Do not order from ToolPartsPro unless you really don't care if your purchase ever shows up. Will never, ever order from them again and I highly recommend that you DO NOT ORDER FROM TOOLPARTSPRO either. Has been in the mail since 12/09/2020. Oh I get it, maybe St. Nick is bringing it. Damn, no chimney and I am Jewish. Guess not.

If you need a part in a hurry, DO NOT BUY FROM toolpartsPro. It took over a month to get a part I needed in a week. If you are not in a rush, this is your store! Paid for shipping and they send it USPS and it took 10 days from California to Florida. DO Not use this place find it somewhere else.

Criminals
September 10, 2020

After waiting two months for my order to arrive I tried to contact them. I sent an email, to which they did not respond. I called four times. They never answered and their voice mailbox was always full and not accepting new messages. They had billed my credit card the instant I placed the order. I asked the credit card company to reject the charge. Three weeks later toolpartspro shipped my order and won't allow me to stop the shipment or return it. They aren't just bad. They are criminals. I will be asking the California Attorney General to investigate them for phone and mail fraud.

It took them 2 weeks to ship an order, never response to email inquires, nor have a working phone number that can take voice mail. Canceled one of the two items in the order because it was no longer available but as of today, it is still listed on their website as "available". I have to pay second shipping to get the part from another vendor. If I know it would take them that long to ship a part, I would NEVER order it from them! NO ONE SHOULD WASTE MONEY OR TIME ON THEM!

Different experience.
June 16, 2022

I had a machine go down in the middle of a job. I saw that this company was a little less expensive so I ordered what I needed. That was when my coworker called my attention to some poor reviews. I tried calling the company but got no response.
However, the next day I got a call back and a text. My parts were already shipped.
They came in on time. Carefully packaged. They were OEM parts. Exactly what I ordered and what I needed.
No one has paid me to write this review. I'm just a working stiff and was in a jam. I dont care about what others went through. All I know is that they came through FAST and with flying colors. Really saved the day.
I will definitely use them again.

We purchased a keyless chuck replacement part and the most important
Component is hex nut that attaches keyless chuck to drill-this part was missing. So we called and you stay on hold forever and system will not allow you to speak to live person. No matter when you call you get "our representatives are busy with other clients" and left message and emailed and no response.So now we have to send the entire part back and hope for a refund... try another market that cares about their clients..

Missing parts
February 4, 2019

I waited 40 days for parts for my tool and when it arrived it was missing parts. Instead of sending me a set of brushes for my motor they sent one brush. I called and they argued that I only ordered one brush, and wouldn't do anything about it. I tried to explain that no one installs one brush in a motor that has two brushes. She didn't understand. One brush $10 and I can't use it.
I'll never buy from ToolPartsPro again.

11 Week Wait
August 11, 2020

I gave them a bad review previously due to non communication. I ordered a part June 28th and after 3 weeks of no confirmation email i was getting skeptical of the site being a scam because you cant call them without getting a voicemail that was full, and also no return email. I finally got my part August 11th. Still never got a reply back nor a shipping or tracking number.

Ordered a part for my dewalt drill almost three months ago, they took my money right away but the part still I haven't received it, their add said it take 7 to 10 days to get the item, I being tried to get in contact with them phone call, Emails completely ignored I really think is fake business don't buy anything from them is like giving your money away

Ordered compressor filters quite some time went buy checked on it said they had to order never indicate item out of stock upon calling person said they would cancel order I asked if I would get email said yes no email checked week later no credit on card called again said only one person handles orders hate tell them if I do not receive my refund i will be filing complaint with our state attorney finally received refund. These people are just third party product sellers see it cheap to have no overhead and then order it when they get a order but guess what you wait weeks. DUBIUS MERCHANT

Absolutely abysmal customer service; the company fails to respond to emails, does not answer their phone, and the voicemail box that you finally reach when calling them is full, making it impossible to even leave them a message--not that they'd be likely to return it anyway.

I ordered parts that were advertised as "In-Stock. Same Day Shipping." The parts did not ship for more than a week after I ordered them, and then only after I complained to PayPal. (Coincidence? I think not.) And furthermore, despite the fact that I finally received a shipping confirmation email from them, I'm not at all sure that the parts have actually shipped. The original, automatically-generated order confirmation email stated, "To ensure your satisfaction, we will inform you when your order is on its way to you. Keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number." The shipping confirmation email that I received does NOT contain a tracking number, making me wonder if the order has really shipped or if this is just a ploy to keep both me and PayPal off their back for a few more days. I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

I ordered a $6 part on September 10th I finally called on the 27th they told me it was on backorder they never sent an email never sent anything saying it was on back order it was $5 for shipping cancel my order return the part I'll go somewhere else lesson learned

Placed my order last Nov-2018 by the time i placed my order the website stated parts available in stock? Late Nov-2018 received partial order then Jan-2019 received another partial order? Call customer service to check my order status the lady said they don't have it in stock and don't know when will they have it?

They should not taking order from customers or taking money if they can't ship an items within a month. But in my case this is more than 3 months since they take my money and can't ship or know when part is available

NEVER EVER TRUST OR BUY THIS SUCK COMPANY AGAIN. IF, THERE'S A MINUS STAR I WOULD RATED IT TOO
