After waiting two months for my order to arrive I tried to contact them. I sent an email, to which they did not respond. I called four times. They never answered and their voice mailbox was always full and not accepting new messages. They had billed my credit card the instant I placed the order. I asked the credit card company to reject the charge. Three weeks later toolpartspro shipped my order and won't allow me to stop the shipment or return it. They aren't just bad. They are criminals. I will be asking the California Attorney General to investigate them for phone and mail fraud.
