Hello! This was my first box, not bad, I loved it! And especially the kitkat chocolates, fascinating! It would be very good if 1 toy or 1 accessory of all those snacks arrived, so the box would be much more cute!

Just received my first box.The snacks are nice but overall a bit small and just a little too few. I share the box with my sister and sharing is hard to do since most of the snacks are really small packaging. On the site it says a DIY-kit is included but this is not the case. The quality of the snacks is great though and delivery was fast.

In the early fear of 2020's pandemic, I decided to throw caution to the wind and get a 6 month subscription to Tokyo Treat.
Each month their website would show the status on the future boxes.
Honestly besides the weird chocolate and some of the candy most of the snacks were awful and not remotely value for the price of this service, but I guess you are paying for the novelty.
My problem occurred when the 6 months was up. I checked the site to make sure there were no more. The website's future boxes showed no sign of being active and instead were links to get you to subscribe for more.
So I left it with a meh experience.
I get an email on November 11th that my subscription has automatically been renewed for another 6 months. Automatically taking 192USD out of my account.
I tried contacting them that this was a mistake and i had no further interest in their products. I should be able to get a refund as no products were yet sent. But they refused. I wrote this on their social media and they just deleted the msg and blocked me.
I love the tokyo treats box they have the best candy and drinks so many different varieties of chocolates and chips the drinks are amazing
I love receiving my box every month. I can't wait to try the Kit Kat's every time. Also love trying all the new things every month it's like my birthday once a month

This is a great service if your wanting authentic snacks from japan. Each box usually contains a good assortment of snacks, including a few high end snacks. You can choose the cheaper classic box or the more expensive premium box. I think its worth it just to pony up and go premium. I currently have the classic subscription and while its perfectly fine, I miss out on a lot of kit kats and premium items. The service is a little pricey but its worth it to get that box in the mail every month. Also be aware shipping is 11$ per box. Their website is very intuitive and its easy to upgrade, downgrade, or prepay subscriptions. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and the snacks they send me.

What makes this box full of delicious imported goods is you ma aged to deliver me the box on my partners birthday. As she's from America and with me currently in the UK it makes her birthday during lock down that much more pleasant than it was. Thanks.
This December Box was the best month of my subscription so far, hands down, promote the item assorter. They have really put a lot of thought into this month. Occasionally I find the box to be filled with too many savoury items or too many sweet items, but TokyoTreat really got it absolutely perfect for the holiday month! If I were to end my subscription I would seriously rejoin just for December. This months treats were just exceptional in quality and taste. With my highlights being the Pepsi Caramel Punch, Melty Kiss Matcha, Choco Daifuku, which are premium items that will definitely keep me from downgrading anytime soon. Plus ALL the classic items, seriously, ALL. So much so that I wish I had another box. Even the Pokemon Christmas Party Choco Corn which I didnt like last time had me craving another bag. The only items I didn't like was the KitKat Sparkling Wine because I hate Wine but my mother loved it, taking a bite was seriously like drinking a sip of wine. Also did not like the Mashro, but if I had a kid I'm sure they would have gobbled up the little soft pillow confectionary. Always love the Cream roll cakes and crispy corn snack variations. Answer: It is one of the worst ones out there. If anything goes wrong they refuse any sort of customer service. No refunds, no placements even if the box never arrives.
