I love the ease of the app. I had a significant issue that I had to deal with and she was wonderful. She understand my issue and resolved it. I would use this app again and recommend it to all. Thank you.
I have been using TodayTix for almost a year now! I would hear about it from podcasters advertisements like So Bad Its Good with Ryan Bailey, Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino, or Las Culturistas with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. And finally decided to try it because as much as i LOVE the arts and theatre Broadway is not the cheapest night out, but todaytix has been helpful in that, even if you don't land a deal every purchase gets you points that can be used for future orders! I recently saw a show and had to use the best seats available feature, a feature I was apprehensive about because I like to pick my seats, however I can say I was pleasantly surprised when I found myself in the 5th row! Lastly I want to shoutout Nancy from Customer Service, she really made sure I was satisfied with my experience and went above and beyond! Ive seen 4 shows purchased from today tix and am excited to see many many more!
I wrote a very poor review of Today Tix because there is a complete lack of customer service i was responded to by "owner of today tix" to say that after reviewing my record they see that i was given a phone number because according to them there is an active phone line I DID call that phone line and was again referred to online and it said no one was available and hung up YOU CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE It's an excuse to block people from getting help when things don't go as planned which although rare. Does happen I use this app ALL THE TIME More than most but when something goes awry, it would be nice to have a human who can trouble shootl AND INSPITE OF YOUR CLAIMS, YOU MAKE IT HARD IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE This didn't used to be the case either
I had tickets to see Les Miserables but due to a hospital appointment I would be unable to make the date on the ticket.I contacted Today Tix to see if they could send me a voucher so that I could exchange tickets for another date,
I received an email a few minutes later agreeing to my request which I was delighted with.
I just want to say thank you for such a fast response and agreeing to let me exchange tickets for another day, as I have dealt with other agencies who would not allow this to be done.
I dont discount the bad reviews here but MY EXPERIENCES here in SF have been short of perfect. Used TodayTix several times and have never been disappointed.
Most recently id requested 8 seats together in Orchestra -- well u can only buy 6 at a time -- but TT customer svc suggested i buy 6 then the other 2 tix & they would do their best to seat them all together. THEY DID. Not upstairs but in ORCH as purchased. Awesome.
Other times i purchased Balcony tix only to be upgraded at the box office to MEZZ or better! Wasnt expecting but super pleasantly surprised nonetheless. Perhaps the partner theatre cos out here are more proactive? Regardless -- 5 stars.
I had 2 issues: They first told me I won a show and then couldnt purchase tickets for it.
They then put me on a waitlist and told me later that day I had won again.
Only after completing the purchase did it show me the dates and times were completely different from the first show I had won. I had entered both BUT there was no communication that this was a different show.
The website was also acting up so didnt show me the exact time and date (nor the sms nor emails i received) but i didnt think much of it till i had a problem. Too late. Customer service prattles on about no refunds... even when their website has issues.
Unfortunate... I love these kind of websites but not this kind of behavior or customer service
I love the lotto portion but their ticket sales are getting less transparent and more expensive. Even deals have additional fees. The seats are getting worse as well especially for "discount." I also ran into trouble with a voucher that expired which is frustrating as we had been unable to use it in time
Buy the tickets from anywhere else! We bought the tickets for cirque du soleil to celebrate valentines. Show was cancelled on the day so we were informed when we arrived (wasted money for parking and petrol) royal Albert hall refunded those costs - this company issued the vouchers for the cost of tickets and didn't despite multiple attempts of contact responded to emails. Show for the subsequent days was booked out and now I have nearly 200£ in vouchers which I have no use for!
They sell by sections in a theatre, but due to their business model, there are times where they will provide you tickets to a completely different section. This is MISLEADING at the very least. And yes, customer service will argue that the ticket price paid equates to the seats provided blah blah.
We don't care. Bottomline is we pay for a specific SECTION in the theater. You're required to provide us any seat WITHIN that section and nothing else. Give a refund otherwise. Common sense. It's not the customer's fault if you made a mistake in pricing.
I'm dying to see how TodayTix will respond to this. There are similar complaints here which they conveniently ignore. Deceitful practices.
Had an emergency and had to resell my tickets. Tickets were sold and todaytix offers no refunds. The receipt is misleading and says "refunded" even though the language should say money transferred to a voucher. If the communication was clear I would not have complained. I feel like my $ was stolen.

When requesting to put your tickets up for resale, we send you the terms and conditions we need you to accept before relisting your tickets. In these terms and conditions, it states:
"Read through and agree to our terms and conditions below.
We'll automatically list your tickets for resale, offering them at a lower price if needed.
When your tickets resell, you'll receive a voucher for the purchase value,
You can reclaim unsold tickets at any time for no charge.
We’re confident your tickets will find a new home. 70% of tickets resell, and 30% are released back to their original purchasers before the show."
Only once these terms and conditions are accepted do we relist your tickets. We will ensure it is clearer for our customers in the future - thank you for brining this to our attention!

Warning about TodayTix and their poor business practices! If you buy tickets from TodayTix and cannot attend the event, you will lose the money you spent for several reasons. 1. There are no refunds or exchanges. 2. Even if your ticket will be delivered electronically, TodayTix won't send it to you until 12 hours before the event, making it nearly impossible to resell last minute. 3. While they allow you to change the email for ticket delivery, they won't allow you to split the tickets. This means that if you buy multiple tickets, you'd have to sell all of them together or lose money on the extra, unsold tickets. Don't waste your money with their "cheap tickets" and buy direct from the event venue or from a reseller with more reasonable and humane policies.
As I was purchasing tickets for a show the TodayTix app kicked me out and I went back in and continued to buy the ticket. It changed the ticket date from what I had selected to be the next showing (today). I messaged them saying there was a mistake and they refused to help saying all purchases are final. I contested it on my credit card and got my money back. They also use bait and switch methods of emailing you saying $50 tickets are available and then saying that tickets at that price are all sold out and now you need to pay $150. Definitely do not use them for tickets if avoidable.

Thank you for your review. When the app needs a hard restart, you need to start again by selecting the number of tickets and the date you would like to purchase as if starting over again. You can review any purchase you make prior to confirming and paying for your booking and confirming you accept that all sales are final. We always send out our offer emails when there are tickets at that price point available - they may not be for every performance date so you would need to be open minded on the date you would like to attend. Like any offer these are subject to availability.

If you cannot go (my wife caught Covid and we cancelled our trip) and do not purchase their "insurance" -- which gives you a limited-time voucher -- they claim they will sell them. But it appears they sell nearby empty seats instead of yours unless the show is sold out, They will not let you cut the price to make them more attractive. To boot, they would not release the tickets until 12 hours before showtime, nor even tell us our seat numbers, so we could not offer them on StubHub in a timely way at an attractive price. That dead loss of hundreds of dollars was not true of their rivals.
I purchased tickets and was unable to use them due to a family emergency. I enquired about a credit and was told I could resell the tickets for about 50 percent of costs and a huge admin fee. I said 'no thanks'. I gave the tickets to a friend. When he tried to open them, they tried to charge him. I have already paid in full! This is very poor and unethical business practices. Do not use this service. They need to do better!

I can appreciate that in these unprecedented times, we are unable to predict when circumstances like this arise and understand that you can see online that the venue may offer a more flexible policy. However, as part of any purchase, the booker agrees to our Terms of Use prior and understands the risk that comes with that, if they are no longer able to attend their booking. We do offer ticket protection prior to purchase which allows you to cancel your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the show with a full voucher provided with no questions asked. We do offer our customers who do not purchase ticket protection our resale, which allows you to put your tickets up for resale with a fee and you will get the rest of the cost of your tickets via a voucher if they resell. This is the same as other major ticket retailers offering more flexibility to our customers.

I was supposed to attend a show on May 21,2023 but decided not to as one of the main actors was out that day. The box office of the theater provided me with a paper stating I was able to get a refund or exchange my ticket. I reached out to TodayTix since I had purchased my ticket through them, and they told me there was nothing they could do despite the proof I sent them from the box office. Apparently, I had until 9am the next morning to request a refund/exchange, but nowhere on their website or terms and conditions does it state that. When I asked to be directed to where it says I only had until the next morning to submit my request, I was ignored. As a loyal TodayTix fan I'm so sad to say that I will never be purchasing though them again.
Never received the exchanged vouchers of my booking and no one will assist me since the expiration date of the vouchers that i never received in the first place has passed. Wont get back to my emails, tried online chat twice last time the assistant called Prinna just said "This chat will now close" "Your query has been marked as resolved". I dont think i ll be able to get my vouchers at this point but i wouldnt recommend this service to anyone
Snowstorm hits I contact the box office who say they understand just contact todays tix to reschedule. TodaysTix send a generated email saying no. Do yourself a favor and trust everyone when they say this comapny is not worth it!

They dont care about the safety and health of their clients. The wildfires in Canada made NY air unbearable for everybody and i had to cancel. No refund from them. For them i had to go and maybe end up in the hospital..
