I had 2 issues: They first told me I won a show and then couldnt purchase tickets for it.
They then put me on a waitlist and told me later that day I had won again.
Only after completing the purchase did it show me the dates and times were completely different from the first show I had won. I had entered both BUT there was no communication that this was a different show.
The website was also acting up so didnt show me the exact time and date (nor the sms nor emails i received) but i didnt think much of it till i had a problem. Too late. Customer service prattles on about no refunds... even when their website has issues.
Unfortunate... I love these kind of websites but not this kind of behavior or customer service
