I bought two tickets. While scraping my info the platform kicked me to the wrong date. When I tried to rescind the purchase, there was absolutely no mechanism to do that. No customer service, no e mail, no phone, only a robot chat box. The 'service' should be shut down!
If there as a way to give 0 stars, I would consider it.
In terms of their pricing, it seems okay. This review is based solely on my customer service experience with them. I was trying to purchase some tickets with them towards the end of December, knowing that my gold status would expire at the end of the month. I also had about $70 of credit I was trying to use. I made multiple attempts to do this via the app, but kept getting rejected.
As a matter of good faith, I then made the purchase with a browser, although it didn't give me the 10% discount, allow me to use the $70 credit, or get the $1 purchase protection. I got in touch with customer support (which is also very difficult to do). They said they would resolve the issue, but give them some time because it was the holidays.
Understanding that, it took them a week before I decided to reach back out to them. At that point, they said they fixed the issue on my account, but since it was the "new year", the perks with being a gold member was no longer applicable. I had made several thousand dollars worth of ticket purchases.
This is among the worst experiences for a customer who has used them many times throughout the years. As such, I would just encourage the customer to beware if you are going to try to contact customer service. They will likely NOT take care of issues in any timely manner and leave you with the short end of the stick. Good luck.
Went to the site for the first time, you can't contact anyone the site has few shows but nothing else. Goldstar was great, they listed free shows, pricing, restaurants and more.
This site sucks will never use it.
When purchasing tickets through Today Tix, it is with the intent of spending a day or evening enjoying the many venues of entertainment offered. I've used Today Tix many times before without incident. However, this time I needed to request a refund for an unexpected illness. The agent responded promptly via email & I was granted a full refund the same day as my request. I was so relieved since the tickets were quite pricey. I would recommend Today Tix as a reliable site & commend their customer service department for their prompt, courteous & considerate response.
Have been ordering Broadway and off-Broadway shows from TodayTix for a long-time now. Always pleased with the seats and the shows offered--especially Rush tickets. And if I have a question or problem, their Customer Service is great. They're always polite and helpful and make you feel that your satisfaction is important to them.
I must say, I am really impressed with the quickness the staff provided pertaining to my issue. I was charged twice for the show The Wiz. I received
A text stating the initial charge for $143.49 didn't go through. I had a.51 cent credit. Lol. So, I ordered tickets again for the same day same time. Once I notice I was still charged for the first tickets, I asked for one of the charges to be refunded. I received and email not less than five minutes a credit was given. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would give you a picture of the credit given but that will take 3-5 days to hit Mr credit card.
I am now unable to attend a show that I had booked and emailed Todaytix to see if they would allow me to exchange my ticket for the same show but for a week later. They responded to my email the following morning giving me an exchange code and I was able to change my ticket to the following week. I am so grateful for them allowing me to do this and it was very easy to do.
While the website is difficult to navigate, the customer service agent with whom I worked was excellent. She helped greatly with finding a performance time that worked and in arranging for a member of our party who is in a wheelchair.
I purchased tickets to a Broadway show and unfortunately had to cancel. Fortunately I had purchased the ticket protection and received a voucher. When I went to repurchase tickets I could not find the voucher. I submitted a request for help through TodayTix's chat bot late at night and by morning had my voucher number in my inbox. Very happy with the customer service!
I was showing a friend how to order rush tickets but I somehow managed to book four regular price AND four Rush tickets. I raised the issue immediately and on a Sunday Shelly got back to me and has been dealing with the situation since. Due to the T's&C's we couldn't get a refund but she was able to offer us the difference in vouchers (which will be used so that's fine!) So grateful to liase with a compassionate human rather than an automated bot!
I go to the theatre once a month, it was a new years resolution I started a few years ago. So buying theatre tickers is something I've been used to doing for a while now. Over the 1-2 years I've been using today tix to order my tickets and I have found it to be the cheapest option out there, and the app makes it so very easy to use. It's so straight forward and simple. Most recently I made a mistake on a ticket purchase and Lewis their Customer Care Specialist was able to help me out really efficiently. I really appreciate the service I get with todaytix, and I recommend it to all my friends.
We unfortunately had to cancel a booking on the day due to a member of our party going into hospital. The customer representative I spoke to, Cassian, reassured me and helped cancel the booking and issued vouchers to rebook.
This is so reassuring that TodayTix really consider the realities of life and accommodate as such. It's so refreshing and reassuring to know they support their customers and are not solely concerned with having your money.
Prior to this I've always used today tix over other sites and will continue to do so.

Purchased tickets in Rear Center Orchestra for Chicago on Broadway in NYC. Was given tickets on far end of side orchestra with limited view. No advance notice was given and customer service offered no compensation. They claim they exchanged for an equivalent seat, despite the fact that the provided seats retail for $40 less. Misleading and fraudulent company. Avoid doing business with them.
It's a very easy and fantastic app. I love that they also have the lottery tickets on there as well and that you can set alerts. It's very user friendly. If you should need help, a rep gets back to you in a timely manner and answers your questions.
I had to cancel my show ticket as my flight was cancelled and could not arrive to the show.
The support team helped me and I was able to receive refund for my ticket.
I will use the app on my next trip, for sure.
I emailed support as thought I'd bought 4 tickets but there was a glitch with the transaction (I think with me/my bank). I was very impressed to have an informative, helpful & personal reply to my query within 15mins! I also like the clarity of the app showing ticket options & prices

We had looked forward to celebrating my wife's birthday in NYC and the main purpose of the trip was to see three shows on Broadway. We came down with Covid and made the call that it was not prudent for us to travel and potentially bring illness. We were really in a quandary as we had spent a lot of money booking things. Today Tix was great and handled all of our show cancellation requests. They contacted each of the box offices and were successful in getting full refunds. In the end, we were fully refunded on tickets, hotel, and flights by making the right decision.
We will look forward to rebooking our trip to New York and tickets to Broadway shows through you after we recover. We love TodayTix!
