Recently i purchased a Cruise with Santa event and by mistake i chose wrong date! I send an email and Tavi (shoutout to Tavi) was quick,helpfull and no problems he managed to refund my tickets so i can reorder a diferent date! Mind you my family came from Greece to visit us after 10 years and it was a cruise i wanted to do before they leave back.Again. No disappointment from Todaytix and Tavi! Poorly ran company. I purchased two tickets on thanksgiving with the TICKET PROTECTION plam. What do you think of when you read ticket protection? Wait let me guess because I am such a genius, you believe that YOUR TICKECT IS SECURED, REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGABLE, AND ALL THE OTHER STUFF, IF CANCELED WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME. This dumb $#*!ing company says the tickets are non-refundable even with TICKET PROTECTION. Wasted almost $400 on these dumb tickets that I can't use. This company is a piece of crap. In a few years, the market will kick them out of here. There ratings are so low and people don't like their platform. I see why, definitely not a company I would be proud to work for or have.

Everything about my ticket purchase was a fiasco and while I received an auto-response to my email indicated I would hear back withing 24 hours, I never heard a word.
I needed to change the tickets I booked and got perfect help within one day. Thanks a lot, much appreciated!

- Absolutely disappointed with this digital ticketing platform,TodayTix. My daughter graduated from nursing school. I surprised her with a day trip from Florida to New York to watch a Broadway show. The play started at 2 PM our arrival to LaGuardia Airport was supposed to be at 9:45 AM giving us more than enough time to enjoy the play however; when we boarded the plane in Florida the pilot announce the jet was having mechanical issues and that there will be a four hour delay. I immediately,mistakenly called Tele charge which is Broadway's Official Source for Shows and Ticket purchasing. I explained my situations to tele charge customer service & after a brief hold he explained that I had not purchased the tickets VIA tele charge. He apologized and said "if you would have purchase the tickets with us, I would've immediately refunded you" I called TodayTix expecting the same empathy tele charge provided…Boy I was wrong. TodayTix customer service flat out immediately said absolutely not, no refunds, no rescheduling, sorry, can't help you. Please consider purchasing tickets with Telecharge and not TodayTix. I will never book again with TodayTix.

Incredibly dishonest company. I purchased tickets for left side orchestra. When I made the purchase there were a lot of available good tickets. I checked the shows ticket site as well as the theaters. When you purchase tickets it says "best available at time of purchase". I called the company to confirm. So I had an idea of where my tickets should be. When I received my tickets (day of is the only way they will send them) I was shocked to see that I was all the way towards the back of the left orchestra. I called the company and they said "it is whatever the theater sends us" despite their website very explicitly saying "best available at time of purchase". I guess they don't expect customers to actually check to see what is available when they make a purchase (I did though and took a screenshot). I then checked and noticed that they had changed what qualified as "left orchestra". All the good seats on the left side of the orchestra had been changed to "center orchestra", so the seats I should have received, no longer qualified even though they charged me for them. It went from the entire left orchestra being included in my purchase to only the last several rows. They did this AFTER i made my purchase. So they changed the terms of my purchase, after the purchase and did not alert me and then refused to refund my money. This is fraud. Because it was day of, they told me that they could not refund my money OR provide me with different seats (remember, they will ONLY provide the tickets day of). They were selling the seats the put me in (on all dates going forward) for half of what they had charged me. They charged me for $160 seats and then removed those seats from the options, and gave me $80 seats. After several phone calls and emails, they offered to refund some of the money in the form of credit. I told them that I did not want credit and what they had done was dishonest and fraudulent, and they just stopped responding. I even sent them a screenshot of the tickets that were available when I made my purchase to show what should have been available. I checked several other sites and not a single one had anything on the left orchestra marked as "center orchestra". Do not use this company.
I bought great tickets through todaytix. Great price when i had a problem, there coustumer service really helped
Problems with card paying. Diff card timed out. Thinking npw scam. Realised diff show time quoted from theatre site. Cancelling pyt cards.
