I ordered from this company and it took almost 2 months to receive my item. When I received it the quality was terrible! It wasn't even made for pregnant women! I paid almost $60 for this crap and had to throw it away. The overalls came with two hooks and straps with no holes. They should be shut down and no longer able to deliver in the US!
Two of the items sent to me were clearly not what I purchased. I asked for a refund given my order was not fulfilled. They offered to refund me $12-18 of the $59 dollar order or for me to ship the unwanted items back to their warehouse in China for a full refund which would cost more than what I spent. Do not buy from tobemami; they steal your money and the quality of the correct items sent was extremely poor.
I had a terrible experience with www.tobemami.com I ordered a dress. It took almost 2 months to arrive. The quality of the dress was really bad (it was dirty, the wrong size, the wrong color and low fabric quality). When I tried to return the item and communicate with customer service, I was not given any response. Would not use this site again.
It took months to get the items in. When I did get them in the quality, look and style of the items were nothing like they described on the website. The maternity items, could fit a small teenager! One of the items was not even the shirt that I ordered but a different one they put in to fill the space. I have tried for 2 week, e-mailing them everyday to get a response to send these items back and have not heard from them! Very disappointed that I spend $130 on clothes I cannot wear!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress and never received it! And I have not received a response or refund. They sent me a cheap t-shirt instead of a dress and then said that I could keep that! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM! FRAUD! I am reporting to google fraud as well.
The dress I paid for was $30 US and I havn't received or got my money back! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I'm now reading other people reviews about this company but it's already too late because I've been part of the scam as well. I ordered a maternity dress since April and still have not received it. I plan to report this company. Bunch of thieves!
Worst clothing site ever! Do not order from here! I repeat, do not order from here! I ordered a maternity order at the beginning of March and still haven't received my order. I probably won't even be pregnant by the time I do get it, if I get it. I emailed their customer service a couple of times and was told to "be patient" and never received an accurate tracking number. Finally I requested a refund but they would not give me one, said "they already shipped out my order." But still haven't received a valid tracking number. HUGE SCAM! ANd worst customer service ever.
This website is a complete scam! Do not order from this site! You won't receive your order! I ordered $80 worth of merchandise over two months ago. Sent messages to the "customer service" website and never received a response. TOTAL SCAM!
I purchased a maternity dress and I waited a number of weeks for the item to arrive. The dress is not even near fit for purpose - the buttons are all misaligned in the front and the material is cheap and not suitable for maternity wear as advertised. The stitching is all over the place. The item didn't even come with a tag or label on it just in a plastic bag and the buttons will not even meet at the chest, and I ordered according to the maternity clothing size guide they provided. The area of the dress directly over the bump is pulled tight and the buttons just gape so even if they lined up correctly you'd see my little 5 month belly. I wouldn't be comfortable showing the images to be honest. I have contacted the company and they have been slow to respond and have asked me to keep the unusable item (after seeing photos) and they will send me $6, which is unacceptable. The cost was $46, and i cant even alter it to fit.
AVOID like the plague!
I have never been scammed this bad nor experienced anything to this level. Not only does it take months to even get your order, but when I finally did receive the order none of the dresses were anything like what pictured or advertised, not only that but none of the dresses were maternity they were so tiny! My teenage daughter couldn't even fit in the dresses, they state on there Website that returns are easy but it's a LIE! They won't allow any returns they barely even respond to emails customer service is terrible product is even worse don't waste a penny on this company they should be SHUT DOWN! They have a F from the better business bureau and MULTIPLE complaints online of other buyers who have experienced the sane issues
Customer service is rubbish, item took long to be delivered request for refund many times without answer. Once the item was send out, i got an answer saying impossible to get a refund as the item as been send out.
DO NOT BUY FORM THESE GUYS. They only take your money!
Total disaster. Placed an order and never replied, looking for comments over the internet i have found other people who have fallen in the same situation. Now they changed their name to TOBEMAMI.COM
