This was my second purchase from Tuckernuck. The first was a hat that I absolutely love. I wear it often as we live in SC and it does a wonderful job shading me from the intense sun. I get tons of compliments every time I wear it. My most recent purchase was a dress that I'd been wanting for a long time and decided to buy when it went on sale. I have a small frame and always wear an XS or XXS so I always carefully read the reviews to see how the sizing runs. Based on that, I felt sure I'd be able to wear the XS (it didn't come in an XXS). Unfortunately it is absolutely HUGE on me but because it was on sale, I can't return it. Sadly I won't be making any further purchases from Tuckernuck.
This hat is PERFECT. I was worried that the 21" circumference would be too small, but it fits my large noggin easily. The crown is tall enough to fit over a bun. The hat still looks brand new even after two sweaty weeks in Europe, being stuffed in suitcases and under seats, and worn nearly constantly. I will have it for many years to come!

Ordered a dress and paid for overnight shipping. Courier stated the dress had been delivered yet I had no dress for a wedding and had spent hundreds of dollars. Tuckernuck customer service to the rescue! They sent another dress that got damaged during its travels (to me). Again, Tuckernuck customer service to the rescue! They sent a second replacement dress to me! WOW that is first class customer service! I am so grateful and believe all of this mess was caused by the shipping/delivery companies NOT Tuckernuck! If something goes wrong with shipping they clearly make their customer whole. Best customer service experience I have had in years!
