Once I finally received the dress 3-4 weeks later, I loved it. But it was quite the ordeal, I must say.

You guys initially lost my order, then finally after 2 weeks I got in touch (which also wasn't easy) and learned you had lost my order. I re-ordered at that point, and then was charged twice through PayPal. Finally got that resolved.

This was my first experience with Tuckernuck so I'm hoping it was a fluke and next time will be better.

I ordered the wrong size and didn't have time to re-order to receive them in time for the event I'm going to. The dresses were very nice quality. I really appreciated the quick, simple return procedure, so I would shop with Tuckernuck again in the future!

I purchased my dress to wear to my sons wedding from Tuckernuck. The dress was great quality and I received lots of compliments. I also bought a dress for the rehearsal dinner but had to return it and my experience with that was easy as well. Oh, and I recently purchased a dress for my class reunion. Love Tuckernuck!

My granddaughter will be 8 in October. She has been taking tennis lessons and needs a tennis bag. I found this tennis bag on another site, I showed it to her and she loved it. It was going to be the perfect birthday present. Unfortunately they were sold out. She was was sad, she really wanted this one. I was very happy to find it on Tuckernuck, and I got 10% off. They shipped it free, right away, it was delivered in a few days. She is going to be thrilled and so surprised! And I found a new place to shop.

I ordered the quilted long sleeved pullover. I always take a small but these were sized xsmall/ small, medium, etc. I ordered the xsmall /small. I plan to give it to my 10 year old granddaughter. My arms could not even fit in the sleeves. Unfortunately, it was sale item, no return. First time I have been disappointed in your products.

Every item of clothing I have purchased from Tuckernuck has been made using quality fabrics and are well made to last and at an affordable price. The two shirts I ordered for winter were no exception. I am pleased with the most recent order. Once I returned an item that didnt fit well and my payement was refunded in record time.

If you grew up on Nantucket there's only so many Nantucket Reds® you can own! Then voila I discovered Tuckernuck. I am a dresses woman and I have never gotten so many compliments from men and women on my attire - in my entire life! I have given out your name/ URL to 10 different women! So if sales are up in Philadelphia, it's because of me!

I bought a dress on sale, the Patchwork Stripe Hayes Shirt Dress. It was non-returnable. I bought the same size I have purchased in the past, but it was so small I could hardly button it. The sleeves are very tight and the dress is very short with no hem. I still paid over $100.00 for this dress and it was a total bust. Will never buy a nonreturnable item again.

Fabric looks a tad cheap ("rayon-y") but overall a cute red dress - looking forward to wearing to ballgames with tennies and dressing it up for Christmas. I normally wear a medium, ordered a medium couldn't have gone smaller in the bust. 148 lbs. normally west size 10.

I love the fit of this dress but I didn't particularly love the shade of red. It looked more vibrant online. I have worn it though and like it. The sleeves are so cute and a nice neckline. I may order another so the color wasn't a deal breaker! Thanks! Merry Christmas!

Customer service had been lacking with Tuckernuck. Recently had the best experience so I'm feeling better. I placed an ordered and within minutes realized I had wrong size. I called to see if I change it. Was told out of luck order placed nothing I could do. I thought it was crazy to pay postage I would send back and reorder. Charging my card twice. So upsetting when it was literally minutes. When the item arrived I was so upset. Called one more time and they overnighted the correct pair even before I returned the item I had in hand. Could not have been more helpful.

I received my package very quickly the 2nd time around and this time I was half pleased with my purchase. Since 1 out of 2 dresses I am keeping, but I am still going to continue to try a third time. When I called about my return I was ver pleased with the service.
