Their servers are not update and in case you ran into problem with their server due to the outdated server, they basically say to move to their dedicated servers.
I am using Laravel 7 and their mysql server is out dated. So much trouble that I easily solved by moving to an alternative provider. I even find a cheaper service that easily run my app somewhere elese.
Their customer service does not respond to the request of any refund even being the party to blame. Nor is their support team helpful. They basically say to move to dedicated hosting.

Why isn't TMD hosting ever on any best WordPress hosting review sites? I've been using TMD Hosting for 10+ years to host client websites and projects of my own, and they are one of the better WordPress hosting services out there. Their auto-installers for WordPress, and many other apps, make it so easy to set up a new addon site, and they even have a domain registration system for only $15 renewals.
