I am using TMD Hosting for last 4 Years, the support team is best in the industry, they always help us with my stupid questions to the most critical issues, average response time is hardly 5 minutes, i am using there cloud hosting and running 4 websites on it, including ecommerce and blogs and news website, all of work really just fines, and i faced downtime only once in last 4 years. They deserve more than 5 stars specially there support time.

Scam website, Beware!
I sign up with them 2 days back and found website functionally not working (Their technical customer area and script install area) is not functional at all.
After i contacted them through Live Chat i was told that they will contact their website developer about this issue!
I found it very strange that they charge money and website is not even developed yet.
So i immediately requested to cancel my account and issue a full refund ( as they offer 30 days money back guarantee!).

After that i never hear from them!
In attempt to contact by phone: Their Phone is Always Busy.
Their live Chat support after they will hear that you want cancel account and ask for refund will block your IP and close the chat session!
Unbelievable!

I had to open PayPal dispute to Get my money back.

They claim to be unlimited and I paid for business, they then claimed it was not enough, i paid more, now 2 months in and stuck with them they refuse a refund and constantly claim im over limits (of the unlimited) and claim its this and that. It is painful. I recommend anyone except these. I actually used this company before but unless its a 5 page website they limit you and look for more money constantly I would never renew and wish I had not used them.
