I received tires that were date coded 2 years prior. I complained. One of your agents (Rachel) wrote me and said as a gesture of good faith Tire Rack would credit my VISA $100. That never happened. I wrote back asking what happened but never received an answer from the agent. I was not pleased.

I have been using Tire Rack from last 11 years and have bought from them several times. There technical and sales staff is the best. They make sure the tier you have selected is best for your vehicle. Have excellent inventory to choose from. In case of any damage to RIM or Tire purchased from within the warranty period is addressed pretty quickly. My daughter drove the car through road pothole and rim and tire got trashed. Reached out to customer service and they took care of every thing.
