Got some Good Year tires, tried to price match on America's Tire, but they could not because of a closeout item. Person said just order them through TireRack and ship to the America's tire store which I did. I have had great experiences with both stores when separate. This makes it easier since if I have an issue I can just go to America's Tire.

I've been using Tire Rack for years, their tire guides and the customer reviews are the best around. And having installers in my area (always) makes it easy to choose.

Ordered for my Bmw X3 and I found exactly what I was looking for at an incredible price. I have done multiple orders with tire rack and I always have a great experience. The selection is almost endless and the prices are really hard to beat. I will also save a few bucks by picking up the tires from the warehouse. I will continue to be a tire rack customer.

Purchased a set of pirelli self seal tires. They were literally shedding before 5k miles. Customer service was of no assistance. Pretty disappointing purchase.

FEDEX delayed delivery of the order due to weather. So, really an understandable issue, although the delay added three days of delivery time. I would have preferred obtaining the "snow tires" from another source if I new the delay would take so long.

I never received the rebate that was stated in the order confirmation. I would have given two starts based on that but I followed up several times with tire rack and they told me it was out their control, I followed up with manufacturer at direction of tire rack and they told me it was a Tire Rack issue, after several rounds of this I finally gave up. As the provider I hold tire rack responsible

So much information is available that it makes tire buying a breeze. So easy to compare different brands. I have the tires shipped to my regular auto shop and easy as pie!

I appreciate that prices and reviews are easy to find and use as I research tire options. I also like that they have approved installers.

I purchased the Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 for my 2021 Mazda CX-30 AWD, and I am extremely impressed with their performance. These tires provide excellent traction on snow and ice and feel very stable even in harsh winter conditions. The ride is surprisingly quiet and comfortable for a dedicated winter tire, and braking performance is outstanding.

Driving in Minnesota winters now feels much safer and more confident. The tires handle slush, packed snow, and icy roads with ease. Installation was smooth, and the quality of the tires is clearly top-level.

Highly recommend these tires to anyone who wants maximum safety and control in winter conditions!

I purchased tires from tire rack for about 25 years now. They have never let me down. When they say it's going to show up in 2 days it's there. I would never buy tires from anyone else.

Have bought tires at Tire Rack for several decades; up until recently have always been great. Last order was a little different trying to resolve one tire with a defective bead. But, in the end they made it right, so I'm back as a customer.

Tire Rack used to offer good pricing on tires but now it's only MSRP. I've been using Tires Plus in recent years but they could not get the special size for this order.

Placed order for tires and they were delivered within a few days. Was happy with that. Everything went smoothly at Discount Tire who did the installation. Had appointment for 8:30AM, work was complete at 9:35AM.

I did my first purchase of tires at TIRE RACK back in 1991 over the phone from Puerto Rico using an advertising page at the magazine Road & Track and everything went great.
I have purchased from TIRE RACK after that but I still remember that one.

I have been buying mine and my wife's tires from TR for 25 years not only are their selection tools excellent, but their prices and customer service are top notch. They have even called me when noticing that I had ordered the wrong tire for my vehicle saving everyone time and money.
