Requested tires 4 days prior till I needed them to be sent to Rogers, MN. Got a notification the day it was supposed to be delivery that there was a delay in delivery of 2 days because of issue at warehouse. It was time sensitive as I needed to replace tires before I drove vehicle down to Chicago, IL. It was very inconvenient and spoke to customer service rep about it. They sent a $100 voucher via email but couldn't find it for this purchase unfortunately. There could've been more done as I've purchased many times from tire rack not only for my Supra but for other vehicles as well.

I have been ordering tires from Tire Rack since 2010. I trust TR, appreciate the reviews and knowing my tires will arrive as expected. Stated, I have had them shipped to an installer before, once; I won't do that again. I prefer them mailed to me, then I take them to my mechanic to install. I will continue to trust TR for my tires until proven otherwise. Thanks, TR.
