I don't know if this is the typical case, or if I just had great timing placing the order, but they got my tires mounted and balanced on my new wheels and sent to my house in 18 hours! This was in the middle of a snow storm too, so demand must have been crazy. The quality of the wheels and tires are as expected (excellent of course), and the whole setup fit my car perfectly. These guys know what they are doing!

Simple ordering process, easy to arrange drop shipment, installation with a local shop as part of the order process. Tires as advertised, very good performance at a great price.

The transaction went smoothly. The reviews and information on the site helped me pick out tires and buy them. I gave my local tire shop a chance to step up so I could buy local but they wanted $100 more PER TIRE.
The installer they referred me to did a great job and actually charged me a few dollars LESS than Tire Rack said it would be.

Ordered a set of 4 snow tires mounted on wheels. Went with a minus 2 sizing to prevent hydroplaning and pothole damage. Ordered Monday morning and they arrived the next day before I got home from work. Amazon can't even beat that for speed. Bolted them on and everything was perfect!
