I recently ordered a set of rear tires online for my vehicle thinking that they matched my prior order for the front tires. I received a call shortly after my order to let me know the tires I ordered were not exactly the same as the ones I ordered prior. The rep updated the order to the correct set and saved me a few dollars as well. Also since the tires weren't in stock at the warehouse where I normally pick up the tires he had them shipped to me at no additional charge. I was floored by this level of service and attention to detail. Any other retailer would have sent me the wrong items and not given two cents. Thank you for empowering your employees to do the right thing. You have a customer for life.
