I've been reading Tire Rack ads forever in car magazines but never bought tires from them before. I finally saw an ad that said I could get the tires delivered to a local installer so I thought, maybe I'll try that when I need a new set on my SUV. This turned out to be an excellent experience in every way. I was able to read in-depth reviews and pick the tires I wanted (which for some reason were not available at any local tire shop). The price was very competitive. The tires were delivered and installed within less than a week. I will use Tire Rack again without hesitation. It's worth it just for being able to read the reviews and pick what I want, rather then whatever the local tire shop has in stock and recommends.
I spend a couple of days looking over the choices for new tires for my 2016 Subaru Forester and settled on the Continental True Contact Tour. After all my research, and checking Consumer Reports, I picked the tire first recommended by the Tire Rack representative. The price was as low as anywhere and the shipping was free. I had them sent to my local Tires Plus dealer and got an appointment as a part of the Tire Rack sale. The next day I took my car to the dealer, left it for an hour and presto, I had the new ties on the car. I got the lifetime spin balance from Tires Plus ($4 extra for each tire). The whole mounting was $73. The ride is nice and they look great on the car. Totally pleased with the whole thing.

Great service from Tire Rack. Easy order process, got the emails about progress Of the order and shipment. Even got the notification that they were delivered at 7 PM, but I go outside and no tires. Nothing on the security camera.

Everything was great and numerous emails to let me know that the order was placed. The order was shipped, the order was delivered and a followup email making sure I got the delivery, and got the wheels before the estimated time plus a valid tracing number with the carrier
