Shopping with Tire Rack was easy as it has been in the past

Pretty straight forward, ordered a tire, paid for a tire, got a tire.

Tire is and always has been my favorite place to get tires. Even before Al Gore invented the internet, I was buying thru magazine ads!

Gus was a huge help on the chat line! He gave me advice and information in detail; I wanted to use another set of wheels that I had for snow tires, and he explained that the two cars had different bolt patterns. THAT was sure good to know!

Wow ordered the tires one day and 2 days later they were here. Great service.

Hassle free transaction. Fast delivery. Was shorted 1 wheel hub though. Luckily tire shop had an extra one in the shop and didn't charge me. Other then that very satisfied with product and service from tire rack.com!

Awesome site. Very fast, reliable delivery of quality products at a very reasonable price. For the first time I had the tires shipped right to a recommended installer. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Tires were delivered the next day and installed the day after that. The recommended installers provide a special rate for Tire Rack customers that saved us some more money. I would highly recommend using Tire Rack and their installers for any future tire needs you might have!

The only reason I only I choose your company is I needed a mobile unit to come to my home to change the tire. The company that you were suppose to send the tire to did not do mobile I had to call your company back and have the tired sent to my house. UPS did not deliver the tire to my house instead I had to pick it up at UPS. Next I had to pay a mobile unit to come out and put the tire on and it cost me and additional $199... Needless to say I wasn't happy about that.

Your company should check to see if these places have mobile services before referring them to customers

Received great service, customer service is attention to questions is great, everything was fast, all got done in less then a week. Ordered, delivered and installed.

Everything went smoothly. Tires were delivered well before I had expected. The tire dating was also good. NTB mounting took a little longer than expected. I think the young man was a beginner and still on the learning curve- a total of 2 hours. The time factor did not bother me and I'm a patience individual. Your suggested mounting price was $84.96. NTB originally quoted me approximately $110.00 (or more) but dropped it to $104.98. This did not bother me either-even tipped the young installer $10.00.

I ordered tires to be picked up at a distribution center in Denver. I received an email notification when I could come to pick them up - this took less than an hour. Arrived at site, called the posted number to let them know i had arrived and the tires were in my car in less than 10 minutes.

The lugnuts were too small, one of the tire sensors didn't work, and one of the tools didn't come with it.
