I've always known Tire Rack for their awesome website, complete tire testings and prices; but never placed an order. When I finally did, and it was for brakes & rotors, the prices offered were very good and the processing/shipping times were flawless. Also, the follow-ups are meaningful; because it shows that this company really cares about the customer experience.
The tires were great; however, we did not realized they would be delivered to an installer. We did not need installation as my husband is a certified technician at a dealership in San Antonio. He had to pick up the tires from the installer.
