I have been a Discount Tire customer for decades. In searching for a wheel/tire package for winter tires for a new car purchase I came across positive reviews for the Tire Rack. In researching what was available and prices I was pleasantly surprised to fine considerable price savings on goodyear tires including mounting and balancing on the new wheels. In addition the shipping was included in the price and the service was prompt. Delivery took place 1 business day earlier than originally estimated. Undoubtedly I will be doing business with you again in the future.

Ordering tires were great, but ASAP tire was absolutely terrible. They wouldn't provide service after i already paid for it. Refused to install my tires because the worker said I had 3 swollen lug nuts which just wasn't true. They stole 3 hours of my life waiting for them to come and install and then didn't do what I paid them for. I still

I needed new tires and wanted to find the max sales price/discounts. However, the tires I found best were not part of a promo or rebate — perhaps there's a clue — good tires don't offer a rebate?

I went with TireRack (first time) because I could order the tires I wanted/needed for a reasonable price, with a good road hazard policy and also have them installed at a preferred service provider.

I was glad to see all the great information on TireRack — on tires, installers, etc.

I'll certainly buy/consider buying from TireRack again.

Rim arrived sooner than expected. I liked that. Mechanic installed rim on car and so far am very happy with it.
Overall a good experience here.

Tires were delivered in two days. Great price and service.

Tires were sent to Walmart. The delivery company left them in the middle of the parking lot. They could have been stolen. Tire Rack should have someone sign for them. A customer informed the Auto center that they saw tires in the parking lot.

Easy process to pick a tire based on recommendations, reviews, and specs, get really quick delivery to a shop, and then go for installation.

I would give a 5 star but I always have trouble checking out!

Great service and price but it took over a week to get what was advertised as much faster. I wish I had just known it was going to take over a week so I did not have to waste my mechanics time.

Took me a while to decide which tire to choose because of the tires available for my 2009 Corvette. 44,000 miles on the original Goodyear tires so I decided to go with Goodyear tires. Also, since the car is almost 12 years old I want to replace the tire pressure sensors and they were available at Tire Rack.
