2 General tires only 1.5 yes old cracked on sidewall and required replacement.
Ran into a few complications and misunderstandings with the installer. Felt like they had a real lack of knowledge about Tire Rack's processes. Wasted 1 week due to misunderstanding on tire replacement process and was way underquoted by Tire Rack for the estimate with this installer- I paid almost double the estimate for what seems to be a very straight forward process. Otherwise the service was fine and I love the wheels.

I ordered four tires because the eta for the delivery was on a specific date. But the actual delivery date was over a day late and the estimated time of day was late also.
