The KM3 tires I wanted were on backorder and a sales representitive immediately reached out to let me know. Oscar was great in canceling my original order and I was able to get some great KO2 Allterrain tires within a few days. The shipping was interesting in that all 4 tires came from different locations but they were able to get around a major closure on I70 due to a mudslide and get my tires to me within a few days of ordering

I found what I was looking for. Each time I go to there site...
Searched a few sites, TR had quick delivery. Made several visits to their site to figure out the installation process. The flow just isn't there. A lot of unanswered questions. Particularly about their own installer that visits your location. If there is a problem with the work say a week later, how does the process work to get it remedied? Couldn't find anything about it in the FAQ, therefore, I did not use this installer.
