Because I was replacing a tire purchased earlier, this shopping trip was made easier with purchasing history displayed. However, I would recommend to TireRack to update their website so that when viewing purchase history that a clickable control be shown enabling user to purchase again.

I was in dire need of the tires. It took almost a week for the tires to arrive. The initial delivery day was Tuesday, August 17th, the tires did not arrive until Thursday, August 19th. I did not get a call when they arrived, I showed up at Firestone and they were there. Then at that point, they were telling me I needed an appointment to have the tires mounted. There was no way I could wait another 3 days to have the tire mounted. The sales guy was kind enough to squeeze me in.
