I ordered 2 new tires after my wife ran over a screwdriver, one to replace the tire damaged beyond repair and a second to make sure my drive tires matched. Firestone was wonderful making adaptions to get the job done. I specified to have the tires shipped to Firestone and were supposed to be delivered Saturday September 3rd before noon. I contacted Firestone a little after noon and they had not arrived. I was concerned and found the tires on my driveway at after 12 on September 3rd. I had to load up the tires in my trunk and take them to Firestone. Firestone did an excellent job of getting the two tires mounted and balanced but I had to take the mounted tires and install them myself when I got back home, These new mounted tires and my old wheels weighed around 100 pounds each so took a long time to just raise the car, Ford GT500 Mustang and install them, What a pain. I finally got them all mounted and I'm good to go now but not sure why the tires weren't sent to Firestone.
