First time ordering from online retailer for tires. It was extremely easy to order on website, sorting by brand or cost.

Very user friendly and comprehensive to make sure I got the right tires and didn't forget anything. Thumbs up! (The installer I chose on the website however was HORRIBLE, they took 4 hours to install 2 tires and I met another customer when I arrived at around 3 pm they said they had been there since 9am waiting... I've purchased and had a lot of tires installed and this was one of the cheapest places. However it was also the slowest and worst customer service by a lot.)

Easy and fast. And I also received a 2 year road hazzard protection plan included in with the price.

Tires were a good price, exactly what I wanted, but no installer within 100 miles. Included road hazard is no good here and future balances/rotations will cost. In the long run it would be better to buy local if you are rural.

My order was held up for 3 days because Tire Rack claimed they needed to check the vehicle the tires were going to be installed on. Just because I had bought previous tires for an older Lexus which I do not own anymore and sold it over 6 years ago my order was held up. I wrote on the order which vehicle the tires were going to be installed on and still they held up my order for unknown reason. I explained to them that I had already advised them on which vehicle the tires were going to be installed on when they asked before my order was complete. Plus I had sold the 92 Lexus over 6 years ago so why was my order held up for a stupid reason. I think they just wanted to sell me more tires since I just bought two tires instead of four. I advised them if I needed 4 tires I would have bought 4 tires and I did not feel like dealing with a sales person. I used Tire Rack because it is Easy and Fast and they made things difficult for no good reason!

This is my 4th time buying tires here. Tire Rack is pretty good. These tire are good so far (~500 miles in). Lately I've made 6-8 trips a week over Hwy 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains. These tires are a definite improvement over the Sumitomo Encounters I just burned through. They hold, turn, stop and they're quiet in the cab on the freeway though they are loud over cracks/holes in the road.
