Your website sets the bar in all categories. I especially liked the detail given for the number logic and what it means. After placing my order, I received a call within 5 minutes. The gentleman calling was concerned that I might not have matched my tires correctly as they were a custom size. Very professional and proactive to receive a call like that.

Did some research separate from the site to decide on all season tires. Went with Michelin cross climate 2s. Found them on the site at a reasonable price. Had them shipped directly to a Firestone for installation. All this took only 2 days. Made an installation appointment for a few days later. Pretty fast and easy. New tires in the fall to be ready for winter is a good feeling.
