Site was easy to navigate for a "non-car person". I was able to add my car's model and it gave me options that were customized for my car.

Using Tirerack.com was Fast and Easy! First I spoke to my installer- he recommended me buying online using Tire Rack. He advised me not to give my vehicle info, in case the tires were not a vehicle match according to Tire Rack's records, which might have delayed my order. I ordered according to tire size, and shipped them directly to my installer. The four tires arrived the next day- SO FAST!

As always, excellent quality, service. And now that I can pickup just a few miles from home this is fantastic. I've been purchasing for you guys for YEARS, and I can't wait to continue to do so. Fantastic ending…Cumbersome in the beginning our fault not Tire Rack! Partly because it was our first order, also needed to register with tax ID number took some time, lost opportunity to purchase a closeout item…after ordering it was SMOOTH from there on out. Steve was excellent on QuickChat. I ordered my tires online on Thursday. They arrived as promised Friday afternoon. Keith, my mobile technician called me on Monday to tell me he was hours early. His Tire Rack van was equipped with all the necessary machines to mount and balance all 4 tires. Keith was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about installing tires. I rate this experience 20 out of 10!
