As always, Tire Rack works like a Swiss watch. Shipment is immediate, communication is well established, price is competitive and transparent. What else you need for purchasing online?

Great selection and pricing. Website is always intuitive and easy to use. Live sales and technical support is always available as well if needed.

To many popups with chat and more difficult to navigate comparing tires and seeing other options. Other than that, If you know what youre looking for its fine.

Ordering and shipping went as expected. I did spend a considerable amount of time getting the Bridgestone rebate completed only to find out it will take 10 to 12 WEEKS to receive. It would be nice to see that at the time of purchase.

Smooth process from start to finish. Received the tire in a timely fashion.

It's efficient having a variety of tires available for view and even more so being able to send them to my auto shop of choice with no delivery fee, to include knowing the cost of installation. A seamless process.

Tirerack.com is super easy to use and since they are affiliated with Discount Tire, I know I am going to be taken care of. Pricing is much better than the local stores and they even throw in Road Hazard coverage for free. Can't ask for much more!

As always, website quickly took me to tire/wheel options. Then Hunter (on line chat) answered a key question. Finalize order. Package arrived two days later as promised. Very handy installation insturctions in the package. Wheels look great on our red Civic

Been shopping for tires & wheels since the 90's. Just this year had to use the tire warranty just short of two years. We'll see if it covers the two rear Pilot Sports for the Porsche 981.

My local installer couldn't get the tires I wanted for my 2002 Porsche Carerra Cabriolet. Tire rack had them, they shipped on time, and the delivery date was met. That allowed me to schedule with the installer efficiently. Overall great experience with Tire Rack and I'll be using them going forward.

Previously had wonderful winter snow packages with wheels, tires, mounting, balancing, TPMP, studding that all could be assembled in warehouse... no longer sadly.

Ordering was easy and the price for my four Yokohama Geolanders was the best by far. $100 off a set of four made the big difference. Delivery time was fast from within NH by UPS and Tire Rack kept me abreast of the delivery process.

As usual, the best information and great prices. I wish it was easier to cross shop metric and inch tires sizes for my older vehicle.
