Most useful site i'v used in a long time
I have a 3 year lease with an allowance when returned. I also have a Tire Policy but there has to be at least 3/32 tread left for coverage, mine were at 2/32 with just over 20,000 miles. I have 10 months left to the lease, no way I was going to pay over $800 for tires to just give them away in 10 months. So for $255 which included the 4 tires, shipping and $80 for mount, balance and disposal, It's worth the piece of mind I have traction and no way they would make the 10 months the way they were, one was already leaking.
I have a lease that I am returning in 2 months but I really needed new tires, I didn't want to buy $600+ tires that I was going to be using to 2 months. I found your website, I bought a matched set of the tires I needed the are nearly brand new, got the fast and couldn't be happier. The local mechanic who installed them asked - how much did you pay for them I told him $200 for all four and he said he couldn't sell me 1 for that price. I am a very happy customer.

A few years ago I spent $800 on tires that weren't as good as the tires I just received from your company for $300. The tread measurements and variety of angles photographed were very helpful in making my decision!

Hi, the site is super easy to use and the fact that all of the tread depths are noted is very helpful. I was somewhat disappointed in the shipping as I received an e-mail my tires had shipped but in fact they had not until the following day. Once the order was shipped it arrived promptly. Bestusedtires have a good selection of most tires I've wanted and at a reasonable price.
One of the tires I received had a small puncture and I had to invest time and money to fix it. I chose this option instead of trying to return it to you which would involved a lot more of my time and aggravation in removing the tire, replacing with another one ( which i don't have), shipping it to you and delaing with you to get a refund or another tire.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST ( IF YOU NOT ALREADY DOING IT, BUT HOW COULD YOU DO IT IF I ENDED UP WITH A FLAT) THAT YOU MOUNT THE TIRE ON A RIM AND LEAVE IT OVER NIGHT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT FROM WHERE EVER YOU BUY THEM. In the mean time I would accept some kind of credit to offset my aggravation and money spent...Thank you.

Quick and easy order process. Tire arrived just as ordered. Shipping could have been quicker but it was free so can't complain much there. Overall experience was great. Will definitely use Best Used Tires again.
