It was good. Just forgot recently changed password for p pal, did not lose contact with b.u.t. Site. After seeing tires after delivery, they looked good...almost like brand new. Have not had them mounted yet on rims, but I anticipate and hope that there are no problems...so far, so good.
This was such an easy and awesome transaction, especially since you have PayPal! I also love the coupon code.

Found tires using on-line search tool. Very easy to use. Received tires quickly. Tread was as good or better than described. Local shop installed and balanced tires, and the ride is as good as new. Very satisfied.
According to your website, the tires I ordered were rated for my chevy 3500 van. However, the tires I received were P245/75 R16. My local tire shop would not mount the tires and informed me that I needed LT245/75 R16 tires for my van. When I contacted your customer service, I was told that I had to ship these tires back at my expense and pay the re-stocking fee. This is unacceptable since your website falsely advertised these tires to fit my van. I have been an advocate for your website in the past, but will be turning people away from your company unless you re-imburse me fully - to include shipping.
