I was a little hesitant about buying tires online, sight unseen. The tires were delivered in two days, and were exactly as described. The one tire of the pair looked like it was brand new. The tires were in excellent condition. The one tire had a patch plug in it. The site explains that some tires might have been repaired. I worked for Goodyear and at a GM dealership for many years, and a patch plug is the safest and proper way to repair a tire. It was not near the side wall as stated on the website. I am very happy with the purchase. I paid less than half of what two new tires would have cost.

Interesting experience.

I ordered a tire from them with 9/32". They called the next day and said that tire was compromised and offered me an 8/32" tire instead.

I then received a call a couple of days later from them letting me know that they were sorry about the initial order and that they were concerned about my overall shopping experience.

I have to commend them on both their business (great website, very good selection, competitive prices) and their approach to business (fair, honest, customer-oriented, exacting record keeping and good out-going inspection procedures to catch the original compromised tire before shipping it to me).

I've purchased used tires in the past using EBay. BestUsedTires was a completely different experience than other suppliers. Overall, a very positive experience.
