Got tires installed same day of delivery. Next morning one tire was flat. Wife missed work that day. After work, I out air into tire and poured soap water around it to see where leak was coming from. Tire had a pinhole leak on the sidewall. Was not happy about receiving and pay to install a tire that had a hole in it. Contacted customer service and they offered a same type of tire to send out. Im happy they offered that but am disappointed in paying for install of one tire and now having to pay for another tire install when i should have only had to do it once if they checked their own stuff before they get sent out.
Tire had more tread than I expected. It did have a patch which I knew was possible, but it would have been nice if it says in the tire description whether it has a patch or not...
