I had a lot of problems with FedEx on delivery. Their website tracking had the order to be delivered Saturday 09/28/19. At 9:35 am, tracking showed Customer Not Available. I was here all day. Then, their tracking showed order to be delivered by 8:00 pm Monday 9/30/19. Was not delivered. Their tracking showed to be delivered 10/1/19 by 8:00 pm. I called an old driver and got a number and chased the order down and met the driver to get my tires. I do have phone numbers to the new driver for future orders. What a mess! Please provide me a discount on future orders. I missed 2 days work due to the FedEx delivery.
GREAT COMPANY...
I had quick response with a question, and next day delivery of my order. Perfect tire for my use. However, my credit card was compromised right after placing my order, so I have an unfortunate association with my otherwise good experience.

Easy to find tires and Live Chat was helpful in clarifying a multi-tire item for example 2 tires was a (1) qty line item in the cart.

Tire arrived quickly, as promised, and in the condition described.
One suggestion: It would be nice if each used tire for sale included information about having a patch or not. I understand they make it clear that it "may", but it should be easy enough to tell when the tire is being inspected, and put that into the system. This will let the shopper know that it does or does not. I'd expect the ones without patches to be more expensive, but might be worth it to the shopper.
Overall, good experience, and I'd be back if/when needed again. Thanks.

I received the tires, they look great. Upon installation a small hole was discovered on the shoulder of one and could not be repaired. I've submitted a return/replace claim - waiting for reply on that currently.
