Best Used Tires ran into a defect with original product I ordered and they looked out for me by offering another set of tires. I like how they looked out for me as a consumer by doing a second quality test. Order was delivered early and without issues. I will definitely be using them again.

Was disappointed that the delivery date changed everyday from 10-4 until I received them yesterday.
THe tires were for my college son who came home for the weekend. Because they didnt come on friday or saturday we were not able to install them, Not sure who was in error. I received notices form Fedex that they would come by end of day Friday, they never showed, then they said end of day Saturday, they never showed. The sunday status showed unable to give a date at this time. They showed up Monday
